Mr. Ameer Mukhtar, hired in 2017, has only worked with us for a couple of months; however, he is proving to be a very useful asset to the company. He is a responsible and ambitious individual who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task. He has a Master in Business Administration from Punjab university with seven years of experience in Teaching Business studies and three years' of experience in Management and Accounting.

Mr. Sohail Panawala joined the company in 2015 as Manager Operations. He is also an ACCA Affiliate. He has previously worked in Bank Alfalah, where he was lead in a project to implement Anti-Money Laundering policies and Procedures in the Credit Card Division in Pakistan. He was in-charge of overseeing implementation of all processes and was responsible to conduct a successful external audit.
During his time at Bank Alfalah, he also worked alongside Mr. Arslan Rafiq during the initial stages of business development, working as a part time business analyst. Because of his continued support, dedication, knowledge and experience, Mr. Arslan convinced Mr. Sohail to join the team as a full-time employee.
Mr. Sohail is involved in all aspects of business development. He has designed business plans, financial models, completed audits, implemented bookkeeping system for clients and has also worked on developing feasibility studies. Mr. Sohail understands all aspects of our business and has set an exceptional bar for the rest of the team, in terms of quality, dedication and perseverance. With his help, Sentient Solutions has been able to expand exponentially. Together, with Mr. Arlsan, he is now looking to further add value to the business to ensure its on-going growth and success.
Ms. Aima Batool is a business graduate and has been working at Sentient Solutions since 2015. She has worked on many business plans and has developed an understanding of many industries. She understands the conceptual details associated with different business ideas and how to create a powerful business documents. Being a team player, she has a cordial communication with her team members. She believes that taking your work as a challenge helps in overcoming the fear of failure.
Ms. Aima is responsible for business plan writing and overseeing business research. She is quick to grasp new ideas and concepts. She is a diligent worker and a dedicated team member. Her work has always been appreciated.

Mr. Arslan, equipped with an arsenal of knowledge and experience, he aims to take the company international. Having had much experience with Financing, Mr. Arslan knows how to effectively generate revenue and how to utilize it as well.
With the ability to learn and master new tasks quickly, Mr. Arslan proves to be a very dedicated and hardworking candidate of the company. As CEO he ensures maximum efficiency and quality work. He has strong interpersonal and communication skills and enjoys playing sports and games.

Sana Shahzad has joined our team as a Business Analyst. She is a distinction holder business graduate from the University of Punjab. Sana has prior experience working as an Administration Manager in a reputable international organization. She plays a dynamic link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives. She supports and ensures the effective accomplishment of our business plans' analytical and challenging tasks. She identifies modern business trends, utilizes actual data, and compiles final reports. She collects, analyzes, and explores the clients' information into dynamic business plans that are delivered to the international clients and then follow-up on all the results. She is also a creative business article and blog writer.
