The Shinsei Institute of Training and Development™ was created by Derek Lemar Evans who is the main proponent of the Shinsei Method™ of Training of Development. The Shinsei Method™ is a trademark concept and method that has three basic steps: 1) to analyze key terms, concepts and practices; 2) to define or re-define those terms and concepts based on individually suitable criteria or standards of measurement such as profitability; 3) to act on those new definitions through training and planning.
