Andrew Yeoh holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer in the States of Texas. He has over 15 years of experience in Land Development and Civil Engineering Design. His professional experience includes Project Management, Project Permitting, Site Design, Water and Wastewater Design, Stormwater Management Treatment Systems Analysis & Design, Erosion and Sedimentation Control Design, and Floodplain analysis. He consulted and coordinated with clients for local jurisdiction requirements and permitting process. He also managed sub-consultants for survey, geotechnical, and environmental studies. His primary responsibilities include quality control, management, design, and obtaining municipal agencies' approval of construction documents.

Kevin Patel holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from reputed London South Bank University, London, UK. He holds a Professional Engineering License in the State of Texas. He has 15+ years of experience in Civil Engineering Design. His experience includes engineering design work for private developments and public works departments. Kevin provides direct supervision for numerous projects and acts as the consulting liaison to the client and all disciplines of the project design team for all Triangle project managers/engineers. He is responsible for all civil design and specifications; design implementation; meeting project production deadlines; and obtaining municipal agencies' approval of construction documents.

Zhuo Chen holds a Master of Civil Engineering degree from Northeastern University. She holds a Professional Engineering License in the State of Texas. She has 3+ years of experience in Land Development and Civil Engineering Design. Her experience includes Site Design, Grading, Drainage, Water and Sewer Design, Water Quality Design, H&H modeling, and analysis. Her primary responsibilities include civil design, permitting, coordination and project time management.
