Crystal joined Trinity Audiology Specialists as a patient care coordinator in 2017. Prior to joining Trinity, she worked for over twenty-five years in car dealerships. Crystal truly enjoys getting to know and assist patients.

Rae Guerrero is a Doctor of Audiology and co-owner of Trinity Audiology Specialists, PLLC. She attended Lamar University, where she graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science in Communications Disorders in 2008 and received her Doctorate in Audiology in 2013. After graduation, Dr. Guerrero began working for Trinity Hearing and Balance Center, where she specialized in adult diagnostics and amplification. She eventually purchased the practice in 2015 with her colleague, Dr. Stacy Kuykendall.
Dr. Guerrero is a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology and the Texas Academy of Audiology. She received her Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC-A) through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Dr. Guerrero is a Licensed Audiologist in the great state of Texas. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Port Arthur Sertoma Club.

Stacy Kuykendall is a Doctor of Audiology and co-owner of Trinity Audiology Specialists, PLLC. Dr. Kuykendall is a native of central Texas. She studied Communication Sciences and Disorders at Baylor University. She received her Bachelor's Degree in 2009. She received her Doctor of Audiology degree from Lamar University in 2013. Dr. Kuykendall was employed at Southeast Texas Ear, Nose, and Throat, LLC for 2 years following graduation.
She specializes in the evaluation and management of tinnitus and the treatment of hearing loss, including hearing instrument technology. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and is a fellow of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology.
Dr. Kuykendall has made Southeast Texas her forever home and looks forward to becoming a part of the Jefferson and Hardin County communities. She spends her free time kayaking and enjoying time with her family and friends.
