Anthony J Rodarte is a trusted advisor for owners and entrepreneurs who want to build, buy, and sell companies. He is an Adept in taking a client through a successful Liquidity Event. Over his career he has created a honorable reputation within the Middle Merger & Acquisition Industry. His M&A advisory firm, Venture Capricorn was established in 2012. His team specializes in working with technology companies (cloud, IT service, and software), health care, and other tech-enabled industries, providing business divestitures, mergers, acquisitions, valuations, and strategic consulting focused on growth, value enhancement, and exit planning. Anthony has closed Seventy-two M&A deals and counting. Anthony has the highest accolade with all owners that he has worked with.
Previously he was an entrepreneur in the Oil & Gas and Healthcare industry where he co-founded, built, and operated three companies. He was cofounder of a clinical laboratory that had a successful exit. He was cofounder of an oil & gas wastewater treatment management that focused on the discharge of treated produced water to surface water.
He is married and has one righteous son and three beautiful daughters. Anthony's passion is philanthropy. His interests include family, theology, open water swimming, snowboarding & skiing, hiking, running and all outdoor activities, and good food and wine,

Mr. Lurie is a football fanatic following the Univ. of Michigan and the Houston Texans. He is an avid soccer and tennis player along with his son Preston and wife Elizabeth.
Mr. Lurie is a frequent television commentator and professional public speaker, addressing audiences on topics related to Strategy and/or M&A nationally. He is often quoted in the media, and has had multiple articles on Strategy published.
Ryan joined Venture Capricorn in April of 2022. He worked as a part-time analyst in the spring semester of his ultimate year at Chapman University and has returned as a full-time investment banking analyst in June of 2022. At Chapman University he majored in Business Finance and minored in Law, Justice, and Social Control, and received an induction to the Provost's List.
He has been preparing for a career in investment banking through his finance-related coursework at his university, as well as obtaining certifications in Wall Street Prep's Financial Statement & DCF Modeling course, Wall Street Prep's M&A and LBO Modeling course, and Bloomberg's Core Market Concepts. He also has previous internship experience as a wealth management intern, investment analyst, and operations analyst. These experiences and certifications have cultivated Ryan into becoming a successful investment banking analyst in both technicalities as well as his ability to foster long-term relationships.
Before college, he was a dual-sport athlete in both basketball and track and field and held a leadership role on the basketball team as a team captain which has carried over to being a disciplined and self-starting individual in the professional world.
