WORK TRUCK SOLUTIONS - Key Persons
Aaron was one of the early advisors for Work Truck Solutions and had a goal of elevating the company's data platforms and corporate systems. He's served in various capacities within the organization, recently moving into his current position as CEO in September of 2022. Over the years, he has managed all aspects of software development and delivery organizations, including executive leadership positions. Aaron's experience includes delivering ERP solutions to large non-profit entities, including cities, counties, school districts, universities, and research organizations, as well as developing and implementing care management applications in healthcare IT. Aaron received his undergraduate in computer science and his master's degree in business administration from CSU, Chico.
As Chief Vision Officer, Kathryn focuses on ways to supercharge the company's role in helping customers through the evolution of the commercial vehicle industry. Prior to her current role, Kathryn served as CEO since founding Work Truck Solutions in 2011. She is dedicated to increasing efficiency and simplicity within the commercial vehicle space through Work Truck Solutions. Her passion for work trucks and vans started in 2007 when she became the Executive Director for the National Ford Truck Club, and began publishing FordPros Magazine. Prior to that, she founded software and media companies in two other industries. She holds an MBA from California State University Chico.
Kevin leads product development, software engineering, and technical operations as well as our digital marketing efforts. His involvement in the company started in 2013 when he formalized the company's product development and engineering capabilities. Kevin left the company briefly for 2 years to work at Design by Humans, focusing on eCommerce Marketing and business development, rejoining Work Truck Solutions in early 2016. Kevin previously served as Vice President of Engineering at Auctiva. He is also an active mentor at ChicoStart, a local tech incubator, and serves on Chico State University's Computer Science advisory board.

Shawn has 20+ years of hands-on experience in the world of cloud-based IT, product development, and technical support operations. He's led multimillion-dollar IT operations, always ensuring the customer experience was on brand and generated business success. As the SVP of Product, Shawn not only helps drive our product vision but also oversees the organization's large-scale cross-departmental projects. In addition, he is responsible for the onboarding, technical support and data processing areas of our organization. Prior to joining the company in 2017, Shawn held senior management positions at OpenSky, 11 Main, Auctiva and SunGuard.
