Glenn Pettersen is the Chief Financial Officer of the Siem Group. He is also Chairman of Siem Car Carriers.
Prior to joining the Siem Group in 2011, he has worked for Norges Bank Investment Management and with investment banking in Danske Bank. He holds a MSc in Economics and Business Administration and a MSc in Financial Economics.
He is a Norwegian citizen.
Ivar Siem was appointed a Director in May 2007 and previously served as a Director of the Company from 1992 to 1998. He is CEO and chairman of the board of directors of Blue Dolphin Energy Company and Drillmar, Inc. He is a brother of Kristian Siem and is a Norwegian citizen.
Jørgen Westad is a Director and the Secretary of Siem Industries S.A. He is also a Director of Siem Europe S.à r.l., Deusa GmbH and EMGS ASA.
Prior to joining the Siem Group in 2015, he was CFO for a privately held shipping company as well as working as a commercial and investment banker at Hambros Bank Ltd and Bankers Trust Company. He holds a B.Eng in Naval Architecture and Shipbuilding and an MSc in Managment Studies.
He is a Norwegian citizen, resident in Luxembourg.
Karen Siem was appointed a Director in June 2019. She is the wife of Kristian Siem and is a UK citizen.

He is a Norwegian citizen.
Louisa Siem was appointed a Director in July 2021. She is the daughter of Kristian Siem and is an artist holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Ruskin School of Art at Oxford University. She has exhibited her work around the world and worked as a studio manager for world-renowned painter Harold Ancart in New York and Los Angeles. She is a UK citizen.

Michael Delouche is the Honorary President of Siem Industries S.A. He is the former President and Controller of Siem Industries Inc. Mr. Delouche holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering (Structures) and an MBA and was a manager with KPMG prior to joining the Siem Group in 1991. He is a US citizen.

Svein Andresen is the Financial Controller of the Siem Group. Prior to joining the Siem Group in 2018, he worked for PwC as an audit partner. He holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration and is a certified public accountant.
