He is also a qualified CS (Company Secretary) & LLB with post qualification experience of two years in the areas of secretarial and legal compliance under the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI Act. He has worked for around 150 different companies during total work exposure. With extensive knowledge of legal compliance under the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI Act, he spearheads the company‘s legal compliance part.
He is an MBA - FM (Financial Markets) from Bombay Stock Exchange, Mumbai. He has expertise in Derivatives Exchange and also possesses various certificates in Securities &Contracts. He has rich experience in implementing financial models and specializes in project, corporate and structural finance. With extensive knowledge of chartering and repairs, he spearheads the company‘s marketing & operating part.
She has completed her MSC in Marketing & Strategy from Warwick University in the UK. She holds an MBA in Technology and a bachelor‘s degree in Chemical Engineering from NMIMS University, Mumbai. With an understanding of technology, she headed the tendering department for the company for a brief period. She is handling the ISO certification and other regulations and policies for the company. She is inclined toward philanthropic work and is associated with institutions like the lighthouse project towards educating underprivileged children. She will be working toward developing the CSR for the company.
