Our primary market area has been the Baltimore Washington MSA and CEC assets have included multi-family, office, retail, light industrial and land development sites. While historically most of CEC's development is 100% owned by its principals we have entered into joint ventures with carefully selected partners that share our same underlying values. Apart from the outstanding returns CEC has made a significant improvement to the communities that it serves... CEC's mission has been to identify undervalued and distressed real estate assets through both qualitative and quantitative means and restructure them to yield the highest long term return for the investment.
