CROATIA MERGERS

The project "Legal Aspects of Corporate Acquisitions and Knowledge Driven Companies' Restructuring" is four-year scientific project approved in 2015 and financed by the Croatian Science Foundation. The aim of the project is to focus on various legal issues related to the project topic, and in particular different features of the acquisition and restructuring processes from the aspects of company law, capital market law, financial law, competition law and intellectual property law.
