Paul T. Torgerson, Director, CEO & President, has over 40 years' experience in the alternate energy, power generation and mining industries. He manages the operation of the company, negotiates and executes contracts and agreements, oversees banking, stock sales and stockholder relations, generates cost estimates and budgets, implements actions taken by the board of directors, manages state and federal permitting and oversees compliance.

Ted K. Stinson, Project Development Manager, has over 30 years' experience in the oil and gas and mining industries. He holds a BS in Technology with Business Emphasis from the University of Alaska and is currently working towards his Masters at the USC Sol-Price School of Public Policy. He manages business and project development, cost estimating, construction and information technology, devising strategies and policies, and oversees the company's reporting compliance to NI43-101 standards.
