He is a writer, blogger, podcaster, broadcaster and frequent speaker on subjects ranging from technology to healthcare, to music to outdoor sports, and too many other subjects to mention. If content is king, then Art must be its strongest emissary.
Bailey is a passionate Creative Leader, crafting captivating campaigns that propel our client's brand awareness and visibility to reach their goals. Driven by her creativity, Bailey thrives on the art of storytelling through visuals and content that "stop the scroll." With an eye for engaging graphics and a strong focus on branding, she weaves narratives that resonate with our client's audiences. When she's not at work, you can find Bailey painting, baking, and spending time with her family and her dog, Zeppelin.
Bob is our technical Guru around here. We call upon his extensive knowledge of the digital world to assist our team members with their clients' digital media needs and to help bridge the communication gaps with geek-speak.

Lover of a good pun, Jasmine enjoys both graphic design and creative writing. She appreciates written words because they tend to get tangled in her mouth when spoken. A perfectionist and competitor at heart, she believes creative strategy and engaging content are key to growing great businesses. When she's not creating campaign calendars or staying up to date on the latest social media trends and hashtags, you can find her writing greeting cards, buying more plants and candles than necessary, and lusting over the newest interior design styles.
Lisa manages the money and is also our Culture Captain. She has a passion for numbers but also has a passion for people. Some people might find it odd that our CFO is our Culture Captain…if you meet Lisa, you'll understand why that's a combination for success in creating a performance culture.

Sarah is a journalist and author with a proven track record of generating captivating content tailored to the target. When she isn't writing content and reading headlines, she's corralling her two children and their Shepherd Dorgi - a rambunctious puppy that looks, and acts, alarmingly like Scrappy-Doo.
Stephanie has been with our company since 2012 and has played almost every role possible. She now serves as an Engagement Manager for IGNITE On Purpose where she drives project strategies, conducts data analysis, and gets results for our clients. Her extensive knowledge in marketing makes her a powerful resource for our team and a "go-to expert" in many areas.
Sue Carrington has been writing profusely since the age of 5. She's pursued her love of words through a diverse array of callings - from journal editor to radio news director, public relations manager to corporate writer and freelance writing entrepreneur. She also relishes her role as mom to Poet, a perky Pomeranian, and Harper, a kinetic Keeshond.
Terri is a serial entrepreneurial geek who considers building businesses better than a party. Her love for business is matched only by her passion for life.
