Andrew Macleod - CFO

Andrew was educated at the London School of Economics and graduated in 1998 with a degree in Economics. He joined the audit department of a medium sized accountancy practice in 2000 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003. A year later he was promoted from Audit Senior to Portfolio Manager. Andrew joined the EMAC Group as Finance Manager in January 2006 and was promoted to Group Chief Operating Officer in July 2010. In July 2014 he transferred to ILFE Limited as part of the management internalisation and is responsible for the group's day-to-day operating activities including tax and legal compliance, internal operations, accounting and finance.

Christopher Lovell

Christopher Lovell is a partner in Governance Partners LP, an independent corporate governance practice based in Jersey. Christopher qualified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1979 and was a Jersey based partner in the law firm of Theodore Goddard until 1993 when he set up his own legal practice. In 2000 he was one of the founding principals of Channel House Trustees Limited, a Jersey regulated trust company, which was acquired by Capita Group plc in 2005. Christopher was a director of Capita's Jersey regulated trust company until 2010, when he retired from legal practice. Christopher currently holds a number of Non Executive directorships predominantly in real estate holding vehicles. He is a Member of the Law Society of England and Wales and is personally registered and regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission in the conduct of his activities as a company director.

Matjaž Prinčič - CEO

Matjaz, a Slovene citizen, is a highly experienced project and investment manager and commercial director who has operated in the region for over 30 years and brings a wealth of directly relevant transactional and origination experience and contacts. Matjaz was previously a Director of the KD group, the largest Slovenian fund manager, and was responsible for investment strategy, execution and strategic roll-out throughout SE Europe. Matjaz has worked on numerous real estate transactions including project managing construction of factories, sale of real estate assets following company restructurings, the development of multiplex cinemas in Slovenia, and development of a business centre in Dubrovnik. Since 2005 he has been involved in the management of the Illyrian land funds, including working as CEO since 2012.

Richard Michael Boléat - Chairman

Richard qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in the United Kingdom in 1987 and subsequently worked in the Middle East, Africa and the United Kingdom for a number of commercial and financial services groups, during which time he acted as a buy-side high yield credit analyst for an Arabian investment bank. From 1996 he was a Principal of Channel House, a Jersey based financial services group, which was acquired by Capita Group plc in September 2005 and led their financial services client practice in Jersey until September 2007. He currently acts as a non-executive director of a number of substantial collective investment and investment management entities and is active in a number of asset classes including global macro, leveraged corporate credit, long/short equity, fund of funds and EM real estate. He presently acts as Chairman of Yatra Capital Limited, listed on NYSE Euronext, and CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited, listed on the London Stock Exchange. He is personally regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission in the conduct of financial services business and is a member of the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA), the International Corporate Governance Network and the European Corporate Governance Institute.

Richard Nunneley - Chairman

Richard spent his early career with BZW training as an Actuary and fund manager. He subsequently joined the British Army in 1974 and retired from The Black Watch in 1991. Following this he returned to fund management, starting at Brown Shipley & Co before going on to become a Director of Mercury Asset Management and Cazenove where he managed investments for UHNW individuals, foundations and "small" Pension funds. He joined Braveheart Ventures, a Private Equity specialist in 2008, and served as a Director until 2010. From 2010 to 2015 he held a key non-executive position at Dalton Strategic Partners. Since 2015 he has held the position of Vice Chairman of Floreat, a multi-Family Office. In addition he is a board member of ASTIA, a US entrepreneur based foundation and Chairman of Impact Investment Partners LLP. Away from work he sits on the London School of Economics investment committee and is a trustee of Scars of War, a mental health neurological foundation, based within The Queen's College, Oxford. Finally, he sits on the Finance and Investment committee of a major English single-Family Office.
