Along with hard work, he attributes much of his success to his family, his faith, and the freedoms provided by this great nation. He is an avid cyclist, enjoys skiing, and treasures his time being in the outdoors and relaxing with family. At an early age, Frank Jr. came to Ke ystone to learn the family business. He started out by doing small tasks such as core cutting. Eventually, as he became older, he acquired the skills needed to run the slitting machines. Jr. also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University. With the guidance from veteran employees and his father, Jr. progressed through the company by running the daily operations, processing orders, and building a strong team of employees. Today, as Head of Operations, Jr. has proven to be an integral role in the success and future of Keystone Converting. In his time away from Keystone, Jr. enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is a self-taught craftsman and enjoys renovating his home and helping others with theirs.
