NORQUAY - Key Persons
Paul DeClerck has worked in the Civil Engineering field for over 30 years. Graduating from Sault College in the Architectural Technician Program (1987), Paul holds a wealth of experience through past projects across Ontario. Paul previously worked 30 years with Millar Engineering, before joining Norquay in 2016.
Scott Beaumont has worked in various disciplines of Civil Engineering across Northern Ontario. Scott graduated from the Civil Engineering and Society program at McMaster University (2008) with a minor in Human Geography. Scott holds a BCIN designation in Housing and Small Buildings, is a Professional Engineer licensed by Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), former Director of the Sault Ste. Marie Construction Association (2016-2017), and past participant in the Engineers-In-Residence Program through PEO (2011).
