The story of how Paradigm started is a very simple one: we wanted a space that was inclusive, fun, energetic and full of talented hair artists in the city that we love! We opened our doors in Meridian on August 2nd, 2014 and since then, we have experienced unimaginable growth with a group of the most talented, kind and smart women!... We have a goal to make every guest who walks through our doors feel important, special and beautiful = because you are!...
