Ginger Lee joined Palma Ceia SemiDesign as Chief Financial Officer in 2020 and has worldwide responsibility for the company's financial operations and financial infrastructure. Before joining Palma Ceia, she was Vice President and Corporate Controller with GTC Semiconductor. Earlier experience includes a range of financial management roles with companies such as Sun Microsystems, Synopsys, Cirrus Logic and IBM. Ginger was also Senior Manager and Practice Director for Deloitte. She holds a BS degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of San Francisco.

Greg Walker

Greg Walker is the Chief Administrative Officer of Palma Ceia SemiDesign. Before joining Palma Ceia, Mr. Walker served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for PDF Solutions. Mr. Walker served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of InnoPath Software from 2007 to 2011. Mr. Walker served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Magma Design Automation from 2002 to 2007. Earlier in his career, he held various financial management positions at technology companies such as Synopsys, Integrated Device Technology, IBM and Xerox. Mr. Walker earned an MBA from the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York, and a BA degree in Economics and History from Union College in Schenectady, New York.

Jim Flowers - COO, Founder

Jim Flowers is the co-founder and COO of Palma Ceia SemiDesign with extensive industry experience in semiconductor technology and electronics. He was the founder and CEO of Clarisay, a developer of surface acoustic wave (SAW) filters commonly used in RF applications. He previously founded Logix Consulting, a semiconductor company that provides customized SPICE model solutions and more than 1,500 SPICE models for production partners for their industry partners. Jim holds an MS degree in physics from the California Institute of Technology and a BS degree in physics and mathematics from Rice University.

John Molyneux

John Molyneux joined Palma Ceia SemiDesign in 2018, where he is responsible for Worldwide Field Operations, providing sales and support services to customers worldwide. John has over 30 years of senior and executive management experience in the semiconductor and EDA industries. Starting his career with Fairchild Semiconductor and LSI Logic, John also led the sales of Exemplar Logic, eventually acquired by Mentor Graphics for $200 million and successfully listing TransEDA on the London Stock Exchange. John also held executive positions at TSMC and served as vice president of global channel sales for Magma Design Automation, which was eventually acquired by Synopsys in 2012. John holds a BS in Physics and Mathematics from San Jose State University.

Kevin Steptoe

Kevin Steptoe joined PCS from Sondrel Ltd, where he was Chief Technical Officer from 2018 to 2020 and Vice President of Engineering from 2010 to 2018. Prior to Sondrel, he was Vice President of Product Engineering for Magma Design Automation from 1999 to 2005. Previously he also held executive positions at Avant! (Director of Engineering) and Pulsic Ltd (VP Marketing) and Cadence Design Systems (Director). He has a successful history in many smaller start-up operations. He is currently an Honorary Professor of the University of York UK (previously Royal Academy of Engineering VP). He holds a BS degree in Electronic Engineering from The University of Essex UK.

Kevin Walsh

Kevin Walsh joined Palma Ceia SemiDesign in 2016 and has more than 25 years of experience in semiconductor, IP and EDA. He has an extensive background in marketing, including strategic and tactical planning, mergers and acquisitions, establishing distribution channels and joint marketing partnerships. Most recently he worked for Faraday Technology as Vice President of Strategic Marketing. He was Executive Vice President and a founder at Sapphire Design Automation, as well as Vice President of Marketing at Simplex Solutions. Other previous roles include serving as Vice President of Marketing and Director of Marketing at Gennum, Semtech, inSilicon, Arasan Chip Systems and Synopsys. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Mark Redford

Mark Redford joined Palma Ceia SemiDesign in 2020 as Vice President, Operations & Supply Chain, and has responsibility for Palma Ceia's semiconductor production. Mark was previously Vice President, Emerging Technologies at Arm, where he was responsible for new technology concepts and businesses. His sphere of activity at Arm included emerging domains such as memories, low-power system solutions, and merger & acquisition opportunities. Other experience includes serving as a Senior Vice President with NXP Semiconductors, Vice President/General Manager at CSR plc, Vice President/General Manager at PDF Solutions and Vice President R&D at Chartered Semiconductor. Mark has held non-executive director and board observer positions with several companies such as SureCore and Spin Memory. He holds a PhD and BS degrees in Engineering from University of Edinburgh and University of Dundee in Scotland, respectively.

Meng Wu

Meng Wu joined PCS as finance director, managing financial operations in China. Meng has 13 years of consulting experience in the financial industry working with top investment banks, large asset managers, and commercial banks such as AMP Capital Investors, China Life Asset Management, Commonwealth Bank Australia, Macquarie Bank, National Australia Bank, and Temasek Holdings. He holds Bachelor of Actuarial Study and Master of Applied Finance degrees from Macquarie University and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Economics. Meng is an Australia CPA.

Roy E. Jewell, co-founder and president of Palma Ceia SemiDesign, has more than 35 years of experience in the semiconductor and electronics design automation industries. Before founding Palma Ceia SemiDesign he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Magma Design Automation. Roy led Magma through an IPO on Nasdaq, and the company was eventually acquired by Synopsys in 2012. Prior to joining Magma, Roy served as a senior executive at EDA company Avanti Corporation. Previously he was President and CEO of Technology Modeling Associates, which went public on Nasdaq in 1996. Before joining TMA, he worked for Texas Instruments for more than eight years. Roy holds BS and MA degrees in Physics from the University of South Florida, and an MS degree in Management and Administrative Sciences (Operations Research) from the University of Texas at Dallas.
