As Regional Director of Operations for our Central California offices, Brandi provides the knowledge and experience that allows us to implement and support programs and procedures that will lead to superior levels of patient service and employee satisfaction. The RDO is directly responsible for the regional management of the day-to-day business operations through directing and developing a high-performance team of Office Managers and cultivating constructive relationships with our associate doctors. Brandi began her career in the field of dentistry in 2006 as a Registered Dental Assistant, working in the front office. She has a solid and varied background, which includes managing a restaurant as well as working as a Program Manager for a day program for developmentally disabled adults. She uses her many skills to ensure our patients find the care, support, and education they require to keep a bright and happy smile. She enjoys having fun with her family - camping, fishing, shooting, beach trips, and visiting amusement parks.

Dr. Park is the founder, owner and CEO of Smile Dental Services, Inc. (SDS). He is also the owner of each of the individual affiliated dental offices SDS supports. Dr. Park graduated from UCLA School of Dentistry in 2004 and completed his postgraduate residency in general practice at the USC Medical Center in 2005. He served as a staff dentist at the Veteran Affairs Hospital in Los Angeles and Santa Mara, California and went on to become Clinical Director and Manager for a group of twenty-five dental offices. During this time, he created the concept of a service-oriented organization that could assist dental offices with marketing, data analysis, staffing requirements, community networking, and patient utilization metrics, among other services. He envisioned this organization as providing support to dental offices, helping them become community-facing and helping to ensure each office is dedicated to filling the needs of their individual communities. Dr. Park is devoted to serving the community. His ultimate goal is to help improve the wellbeing of the patients in his offices and he is dedicated to providing a caring, comprehensive approach to oral health through conservative and preventative dentistry. Dr. Park has brought that purpose and direction to SDS and each affiliated office is committed to this objective. The patient comes first in all of these offices and each is staffed with individuals who are interested in the patient's health and wellbeing. Dr. Park is an active member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Sacramento District Dental Society.

As Regional Director of Operations for our Northern California offices, Diana provides the knowledge and experience that allows us to implement and support programs and procedures that will lead to superior levels of patient service and employee satisfaction. The RDO is directly responsible for the regional management of the day-to-day business operations through directing and developing a high-performance team of Office Managers and cultivating constructive relationships with our associate doctors. Diana has been building her career in the dental field since 2005. During this time, she has held many jobs within the industry, including Receptionist, Treatment Coordinator, Area Business Manager and Dental Assistant. This knowledge and background give her the experience to accomplish her goals to create an environment which provides excellent care and superior service to all our patients.

As Supervisor of Accounts Receivable in our corporate office, Elizabeth and her team provide financial, administrative, and clerical services, primarily by recording and posting incoming insurance payments for all SDS locations in a correct and timely manner, according to established company policies and procedures. Elizabeth began her career with Smile Dental Services in 2018 as a Data Entry Clerk, working her way up in the corporate office. She has a background, which includes managing a restaurant as well as working as a dental biller. She uses her many skills to ensure our accounts receivable are accurately and efficiently processed. She enjoys having fun with her 3 children at the beach. Elizabeth is also a shoe fanatic and never turns down a good deal.

An oral health industry professional since 1993, Joseph has the ideal credentials to oversee day-to-day operations and strategic planning for Smile Dental Services (SDS). He has had success both within clinical and corporate settings and has built a reputation for developing and executing advanced business strategies and innovative business models. Throughout his career, Joseph has been able to establish strong relationships within the practicing dental community as well as with the administrators of the California-sponsored dental program. His professional knowledge and industry contacts allow him to bring the latest and most inventive processes and procedures to SDS, providing our patients with the newest and most advanced care available. Joseph is a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) and is certified by the California Association of Dental Plans as a Procedural Consultant. He has training in Lean Six Sigma, a team-focused managerial approach that encourages customer focus and streamlined process. As the Vice President of Operations, Joseph is responsible for the oversight of the entire SDS organization. He works with each affiliated office to ensure that every patient enjoys a positive experience and superior care and leaves their appointment satisfied with the value, service and knowledge provided. Joseph is responsible for developing company-wide goals and coordinating with managers across all departments, including Administration, Operations and Business Development, to ensure that the company operates smoothly and is on track to meet our goals. As Regional Director of Operations for our Southern California offices, Michelle provides the knowledge and experience that allows us to implement and support programs and procedures that will lead to superior levels of patient service and employee satisfaction. The RDO is directly responsible for the regional management of the day-to-day business operations through directing and developing a high-performance team of Office Managers and cultivating constructive relationships with our associate doctors. In 2002 she started her career and has had hands-on experience from front office to dental assisting to management. Michelle has been with Smile Dental Services (Dr. Park) since 2006. In addition to English and Spanish she is also fluent in American Sign Language and serves as a valuable resource for communication. Michelle plays an essential role in the smooth day to day operations and management of Smile Dental Services as our Southern California Regional Director of Operations. She ensures that SDS offices provide the kind of care and compassionate service that she would want for her own family.

As Manager of Patient Services, Taina leads a team of Patient Services Representatives on outbound call campaigns to increase recall appointments, insurance plan partner benchmarks for utilization, and scheduling appointments for continuous care on incomplete treatment plans for all SDS locations. In addition, Taina works collaboratively with each SDS office on call campaigns; interviewing, hiring and training call center staff; developing workflows and comprehensive project documentation; and providing timely performance metrics to senior management. Taina and her team are also the service team for our in-house Kleer discount plan patients. Taina has a strong background in the dental field, working as a receptionist and then as a manager for our Grove Dental Group location. Taina enjoys going to concerts, traveling and spending quality time with her husband and family.
