Arno is one of the longest serving project engineers in the lubrication engineering industry. A long career has attributed to his uncontested technical knowledge, mastering application engineering and system design. Employed at Ultra-Flow for over 27 years, Arno continues to offer technical assistance wherever possible and leading the projects team to ensure deadlines are constantly met.

Daniel, being employed at Ultra-Flow for more than 30- years, has proven that he is a valuable member of the team. Daniel began his career at Ultra-Flow as a service technician, quickly understanding the technical aspects of the product and showing a great passion for keeping the customer happy. A warm hearted, loyal employee with a hands-on business ethics approach, Daniel was promoted to ensure that key accounts are maintained, ensuring repeat business and service delivery.
Debbie started her career at Ultra Flow more than 20 years ago; bringing with her 35 years of experience working in the corporate environment. Debbie is the General Manager of Ultra Flow and forms part of its top management. She manages both the revenue and cost elements of the company and with the continued assistance and support of the Ultra-Flow management team, she oversees the day to day operations of the business.
Dennis is one of Ultra-Flow's longest serving employees. He began his career at Ultra-Flow as a service technician, quickly showing that he possessed a natural flair for the work and industry. A loyal member of the team, Dennis was promoted to commissions manager, ensuring that all projects are scheduled and properly managed through to completion.
Jaco made the move to the lubrication engineering industry as shop fitter. He approached the company as an individual who was eager to learn, with a natural technical ability. He joined the team as a junior technician and showed a remarkable ability to understand the lubrication application, ensuring his independence within a very short period of time. Jaco is currently the senior technical at the company, tasked to complete full, new installations and train the junior technicians. Jaco has proven that his technical knowledge of the product and the industry makes him an unreplaceable member of the team
Leon formed Ultra-Flow with a small team of individuals. Hard work, an unbreakable passion for the industry and transparent business practices geared towards customer satisfaction have led to the success of the organization for more than 34 years. Leon continues to have an active role in the direction of the organization and continues to show his passion for the staff and industry.

Sean began his career at Ultra-Flow more than 15 years ago. A loyal individual, Sean has been the only accountant ever employed by Ultra-Flow, and with good reason. Equipped with an accounting degree and his precise and direct approach to business, has ensured that Ultra-Flow has succeeded financially as well as holding strong during the most challenging times. Sean is a true value to the Ultra-Flow team, a value that cannot be replicated.
Warren made the switch to Ultra-Flow 5 years ago. An explosive start to his career has left no eye unturned, leading to Warren being promoted to production manager within a very short period. A hardworking and determined employee, no challenge is impossible for Warren which he has proven countless times. Through his passion for process optimisation, Warren has shown he has unmatched skill and is a proud member of the Ultra-Flow team.
