Dr. Nicholas Ndebele is the Chief Executive Officer of the ZITF Company. He joined the Company in November 2017 and was responsible for setting up a sales function to drive sales of exhibition space, events, stand design and stand building.
Nick is a business development specialist with over 15 years of multi-sectoral experience gained in the commercial and non-profit sectors.
Nick has a PhD in Business Leadership from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) of the University of Pretoria. He is alsoa holder of a MSc in Marketing (with Distinction) (NUST), a Masters in Business Administration (MSU), an Executive Diploma in Business Management (GIBS), Bachelor of Business Studies (UZ), and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations (NUST).
A passionate networker, Nick is a member of the Bulawayo Chamber of Commerce, Marketers Association of Zimbabwe (MAZ) and Computer Society of Zimbabwe (Bulawayo Chapter), which has been at the forefront of mobilising resources to buy computers for school libraries in Bulawayo and Matabeleland regions.
Nick is a gym enthusiast, though lately, during his spare time, he is trying his hand on the green!

Edson Nyambo is a marketing practitioner with more than 9 years experience in the conceptualisation, planning, organising and management of exhibitions. He is currently the Logistics and Space Manager for the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair Company where he is responsible for management of all activities relating to exhibition space allocation , provision of ancillary services, optimum venue utilisation and stand building.
Edson has acquired extensive knowledge of the exhibition industry through working for the Zimbabwe National Convention Bureau (ZTA) as the Manager Exhibitions, where he was responsible for the marketing and promotion of Zimbabwe as a destination suitable for business events including exhibitions. He was also responsible for the development of the exhibition industry in Zimbabwe by providing consultancy services to exhibition organisers.
He has been on the core of organising Zimbabwe's premier tourism showcase, Zimbabwe International Travel Expo and its repositioning to Sanganai/Hlanganani- World Tourism Expo and the A'sambeni Africa Tourism Expo into a Business Tourism Fair which promotes MICE business. Edson organised an exhibition that ran concurrently with the UNWTO General Assembly in Victoria Falls in 2013.
In terms of academic qualifications, Edson holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Marketing and a Bsc Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management, all from the University of Zimbabwe. Edson is a customer- centric individual who believes in exceeding customer expectations.

Innocent Tshuma is a Certified public Accountant (CPA) registered with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICPAZ). He holds twenty (20) years of finance and accounting experience at managerial and senior managerial level. His experience spans in multiple lines of organisations such as mining, manuafacturing and local government. He kicked off his career as a graduate trainee with Hwange Colliery Company, quickly building his career to the position of Management Accountant, In 2007 he joined Savanna Tobacco as Management Accountant and subsequently joining Hwange Local Board as the Finance Director a position he held for eight years. He is a seasoned practioner in financial management, budgeting, policy formulation, strategic management, capital projects and corporate governance.
Innocent Tshuma is a holder of the Bachelor of Accountancy Honours Degree from the University of Zimbabwe (UZ) and Master of Business Admnistration in Strategic Management from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST).

She is an award winning marketer and thought leader with 15 years' experience in strategy management, business planning, events management as well as building and promotion of brands. She is also a brand management guru who focuses on customer centric approaches, pushing for revenue growth that ultimately leads to business growth and profitability. As an accomplished Events Manager and Coordinator specialising in Exhibitions, Conferences and Events Infrastructure Management, she has been instrumental in making sure that the ZITF Company's exhibitions and events remain the biggest and effective platforms for business growth in the country.
