I have recommended him to others and would definitely use him again. Steven Bannell carried out the legal work on both the sale of our previous house and the purchase of our new house for us. We would like to express our sincere appreciation of the courteous, efficient and thoroughly reliable way in which he managed our affairs from the beginning to the end of what is inevitably a stressful process. Steve was always unflappable and reassuring, whatever the issue, and he carried out all aspects of the conveyancing process swiftly and with assurance. He knew that all involved in the chain wanted to complete before 30th June and achieved this deadline without fuss or drama, despite the considerable pressure this put on him; we were particularly impressed that he worked during weekends on our behalf. We much appreciated his prompt response to any email we sent or phone call we made.
