Karl has wide ranging experience of management within the construction industry, working on numerous high profile public, leisure, education and private sector projects stemming from a trades background.

Petros is a senior financial executive, with experience in a wide range of firms (private, public and non-profit) and industries with turnovers ranging from £6m-£2bn, with a track record of delivering successful growth and transformation throughout. In addition to his financial roles of Finance Director/CFO, Petros has held a number of operational positions including COO and CEO, as well as non-executive roles such as Board Member and Committee Chair - giving him experience of managing a broad range of areas including business strategy & growth, financial control & reporting, treasury & investments, working capital, raising finance, IT, governance, risk, legal, HR, asset strategy, audit, procurement, policy & projects, facilities, customer services, M&A, sales and energy supply.
