His expertise in property evaluations and transfers will be a considerable benefit to the Company going forward. Mr. Gonzalez also brings a wealth of business experience across many sectors to his assessment and advisory role with the Company.

For the past 14 years of his career experience, Mr. Valez has continued to develop his diverse skill set as a professional consultant in areas of finance, accounting, business administration and operations management. Mr. Valez has held tenured positions in various consulting roles across numerous business sectors with BGO GOPA BUSINESS CONSULTING SC, HLB VARGAS GRAF Y CIA S.C. and GRUPO ZETA. One of the primary strengths that Mr. Valez brings to the Company is his broad network of resource consultants available to engage as required. Combined with his extensive educational background holding degrees in Economics, Occupation Health & Safety Management and Tax from the University of Guadalajara, Mr. Valez will lead Asia Broadband's business administration and consultancy group to elevate operations to the next level.

Mr. Torres is a finance and business administration professional and brings with him more than a decade of corporate, operations, manufacturing management experience, most recently from several long-term leadership positions with Flex Mexico. His ability to coordinate and integrate individuals' strengths to maximize productivity has been demonstrated consistently throughout his career and will be a key asset to Asia Broadband's operations. Along with his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and a Master's Degree in Finance from TEC de Monterrey, Mr. Torres possesses a flare for technology and has extensive cryptocurrency investment knowledge.
Mr. Roman spent his entire 32 year career in various municipal government service positions. During that time, he developed a vast network of government and industry contacts, which he continues to be engaged with providing consulting services. Mr. Roman's network integration will be a significant asset to Company operations.
