Andrew Jarvis, our Bid Manager, joined Byte in August 2021 with over 25 years of experience in construction estimating, cost planning, and bid management. His expertise spans retail, aviation, health, education, and transport sectors. Andrew skilfully manages Byte's Expressions of Interests, competitive tenders, and Early Contractor Involvement submissions.
Some of his notable project experiences include the New 143 bed Aged Care Facility in Nedlands, Ridge View Secondary College Stage 1 in Baldivis, and the Royal Perth Hospital New Intensive Care Unit. Andrew holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, making him a vital member of our team.

Brett Kinner is a seasoned Project Manager with over 30 years of experience in the Australian commercial construction industry, having successfully managed projects valued up to $60 million.
Demonstrating a proven ability to tackle complex projects, meet tight deadlines, and excel in commercial management, Brett is an advantageous asset to the Byte team, contributing to the success of various projects including schools, infrastructure, commercial buildings, and hotels.

At Byte Construct, Colette has been an essential member of the team since 2011, serving as the Accounts Manager. Colette combines technical expertise and administrative experience to ensure smooth daily operations.
Her primary responsibilities include processing of sub-contractor and creditor payments, and comprehensive financial reporting.
With over a decade of experience in commercial construction, Daniel joined the Byte team in August 2022 as a Project Manager. His expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams, OHS&E compliance, and strong stakeholder engagement are evident in his successful project outcomes.
David is a results-oriented Site Manager with a solid trade and supervision background. He possesses a keen understanding of our clients' needs and is committed to delivering projects successfully within the designated timelines. With his strong focus on quality, David ensures that projects are handed over defect-free, meeting and exceeding client expectations. He excels in project communication and thrives on collaborative work, fostering effective relationships between consultants and subcontractors from inception to project completion.
Eli has over 15 years carpentry experience and four years in construction supervision working on a broad range of projects from high end architect designed residential builds through to several commercial projects.
For the past 10 years Eli has lived in Margaret River and worked within the construction industry in the region. He is currently involved with Stage 3 of the Margaret River Men's Shed and the development of Cape Landing Vineyard.
Eli's role at Byte Construct Southwest has been to supervise a number of refurbishment and new build projects completed in the region.
Ethan, a dedicated undergraduate studying Applied Science in Construction Management at Curtin University, joined the Byte team in 2022 as a Cadet Contract Administrator.
With prior experience managing stock delivery and processing reports at Bunnings, he's eager to learn and tackle challenges.
Ethan has contributed to projects such as Link at Langley project and the Jewish Community Centre. Set to graduate in July 2023, he holds a forklift ticket and is a valuable addition to the team.
As a multifaceted Site Manager, Gary Rooney brings a wealth of experience to the Perth building industry. His adaptability allows him to thrive both in team settings and while working independently.
With a background in operating his own business, Gary has honed the ability to deliver exceptional projects within strict timeframes and budgets. He cultivates strong connections with clients and subcontractors, fostering a unified on-site atmosphere.
Among his noteworthy projects are the Myer Perth ground floor refurbishment and Curtin University Business School. Gary holds various qualifications, including Diploma in Building and Construction and an HIA Supervisory Certificate.
Glen Boultbee, our Construction Manager, boasts over 25 years of experience in the WA construction industry, spanning commercial, industrial, government, refurbishment, and fit-out sectors. Joining Byte in 2011, Glen's commitment to the company ensures projects are delivered on time and with exceptional quality.
With major project experience, including the Perth Domestic Airport and the Palace Hotel Base Build Refurbishment, Glen holds a Diploma of Building Registration, Certificate IV in Building, and a Trade Certificate in Carpentry & Joinery, making him an invaluable asset to the team.

Joining the Byte team with a wealth of experience, Hadeel is a qualified Civil Engineer with a background in Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, and project feasibility studies.
Having worked in Australia and abroad, Hadeel's expertise spans the entire project life cycle, from contract preparation and cost analysis to resource allocation and client value management.
Her valuable skills and qualifications make her an integral part of the Byte team. Hadeel's project experience includes the Terrarium Bar and 99 Adelaide Terrace Forward Works. She holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and is a member of the UAE Union of Engineers.
Known for his exceptional management style, James has successfully delivered a range of projects, from complex constructions to bespoke fit-outs.
Highly respected by peers, clients, subcontractors and architects alike, he consistently delivers top-quality results while adeptly handling any challenges that come his way.
With a Certificate of Building Maintenance/Management, Safe Tilt-Up, and OH&S certification, James has the qualifications and experience to tackle diverse projects, making him an invaluable asset to the Byte team.
Jon, appointed in 2022 to support Byte's expanding presence in the Southwest, brings hands-on experience in project management and local collaboration.
His practical approach has been pivotal in enhancing our projects and supporting the community, ensuring smooth project progression and surpassing client expectations.
Jon's notable projects prior to relocating to Margaret River include the Daydream Island Refurbishment ($91M) and the Hamilton Island Cyclone Debbie recovery ($20M).
His credentials as a Registered Builder, along with a Diploma in Building and Construction and certification as a Carpenter & Joiner, mark him as an integral member of our team.

Skilled in creating competitive bids through Estimate One and providing value-engineering solutions, Kirsty has worked on major projects like HBF Kings Square 4 and Qantas T3 International Transit Lounge in Perth, showcasing her expertise in construction materials and techniques.
Bringing 16 years of construction expertise to Byte since 2022, Kyal is known for his tenacity and commitment to client satisfaction. Excelling under pressure, he tackles diverse projects with a keen eye for detail and professionalism.
With accomplishments spanning from All Saints College to BHP Packsaddle Village Project, Kyal's skillset is strengthened by his qualifications in rigging, tilt-up work, and OHS compliance.

Kyle, a diligent Contract Administrator at Byte, has been delivering invaluable support on an array of intricate and prominent projects since making the transition from his role as a Quantity Surveyor in 2020.
With a solid background in cost planning, contract administration, and ‘Bill of Quantities' measures, Kyle is actively working towards a career in Project Management.
In the meantime, he continues to develop his expertise and contribute significantly to high-profile projects such as Lakelands Senior High School and HBF Dryland Dive.
Mariam is a skilled graduate who demonstrates a high level of competency and a willingness to learn. She graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Construction Management and a major in Building Surveying.
Mariam's previous work experience includes roles as a Junior Building Consultant and Hydraulic Services Cadet, where she also served as a Site Quality Assurance Manager. Her diverse range of skills and knowledge, along with her self-motivation and exceptional work ethic, make her a valuable addition to the Byte team.
Nathan, a seasoned construction industry leader with over 20 years of experience, excels at managing projects within strict timeframes and budget constraints, utilizing critical thinking to solve complex issues and collaborate with stakeholders.
With a BSc, Nathan's strong leadership, adaptability, and proactivity make him an important member of the Byte project management team.
With a flair for managing diverse projects, Paul joined the Byte team in December 2021 as a versatile Site Manager. His expertise spans commercial, civil, and residential sectors, deftly navigating tight budgets and timelines.
Known for cultivating positive stakeholder relationships, Paul's experience includes the trendy Octo Apartments Subiaco and the ambitious Armadale Shopping Centre redevelopment.
Pravin, a construction industry veteran with 24 years of experience, began his career as a carpenter/joiner before progressing to the fit-out and commercial construction sector.
He has managed multi-disciplinary projects involving fit-outs and new builds, showcasing his expertise in supervising trades and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Roslyn Millar, our dedicated Management Accountant at Byte, is responsible for compiling comprehensive monthly management reports. With an impressive background spanning over 20 years in accounting, Roslyn has honed her skills in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
Her extensive experience in the construction industry makes her an invaluable member of the Byte team, ensuring efficient financial management and tailored support for the business.

Since joining our team in 2013 as a Contract Administrator, Ryan has played a significant role in numerous refurbishment and fit-out projects, displaying a proactive attitude and excellent teamwork skills. Having completed his BSc in Construction Management at Curtin University, Ryan brings a strong educational background and expertise to the site team, making him an invaluable asset.
His experience spans various projects in Perth, WA, such as the Augusta Volunteer Fire & Rescue Service, Western Power Margaret River Depot, MRA fit-out, Heart of Landgate, and more. Ryan also holds a Bob Cat License and is First Aid Certified.
With over two decades of experience, Ryan Vickers is a standout Site Manager at Byte who combines his innate sense of creativity with exceptional organisational skills.
As a driven and versatile Site Manager, Sean Ferraz brings a unique blend of leadership, operational expertise, and hands-on experience to the Byte team. With a strong focus on communication and adaptability, Sean thrives in challenging environments, ensuring projects are completed with precision and efficiency.
His diverse portfolio includes student accommodations, commercial facades, and infrastructure upgrades. Sean's extensive qualifications and passion for excellence make him a worthwhile addition to the team.
Simone Wilkins, our Marketing Manager at Byte, has been part of the team since 2021. With a strong family background in construction, her 30 years of experience spans working with architects, developers, builders, and suppliers.
Simone's unique insights are an invaluable asset to Byte. She collaborates with various teams, clients, and partners to create and execute tailored marketing strategies, ensuring Byte's growth aligns with its broader objectives.
Simone holds a Bachelor of Business from Edith Cowan University.
Siva Kamal, an accomplished Project Manager with over 20 years of experience, joined Byte team in 2015 and has excelled in a variety of projects including office fit-outs, airport facilities, and hotels across Australia.
Terry Hare, the founder and Director of Byte Construct, has driven the company's success in construction, refurbishment, and fit-outs by prioritising customer focus and innovative practices.
With extensive experience in commercial, educational, and industrial projects, Terry formerly served as the WA Operations Manager for Bovis Lend Lease and as a Director of Northerly Group Pty Ltd, growing the latter's turnover from $1m to over $100m.
