I have substantially improved the provision of services for children and young people with learning disabilities SEND in a London Borough introducing new and innovative services with a strong focus on being needs driven and user participation. Securing and winning new work, preparing tenders and reviewing existing services to meet the changing needs of services users and greatly improving the financial position of services under my directorship.
