John was Premier of Victoria from 2007- 2010 after spending seven years as the State's Treasurer. He is currently the Chairman of the Motor Trades Association of Australia Superannuation Fund Pty Ltd, Chair of the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Research Institute, Chair of the Fred Hollows Foundation, National President of the Australia China Business Council and Chair of BioCurate, a joint venture between the University of Melbourne and Monash University. John is also an Enterprise Professor at the University of Melbourne and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Karla Ryan

Karla is a highly motivated Executive, with extensive experience and capability in the areas of Finance, Governance and related disciplines. She is CPA qualified and currently serves as Citywide's Company Secretary. With over 20 years' experience at Citywide, she has had oversight of many strategic projects. In her current role, Karla is also responsible for the Internal Audit Function, Citywide's Risk Function, Citywide's Insurance requirements, the annual Strategic Review process with the Board and the Whistle-blower Hotline and any associated Investigations that may arise.

Mario Bavaro

Mario is an experienced leader with demonstrated ability to successfully drive business culture and develop strategies that enable businesses to thrive and grow. Previously General Manager Network Services utilities contracting company Zinfra, Mario has been a senior leader in P&L contracting, development of green field infrastructure, acquisitions and divestments and major project management. Mario joined Citywide to lead our growth focus into the Energy and Utilities sectors and has executive responsibility for acquisitions including Gordon McKay Group electrical, as well as managing Citywide's Civil Services team and overseeing Citywide's expansion into the Major Infrastructure Maintenance area.

Matt Williams

Matt has worked across the Citywide business for more than 20 years and has responsibility for Citywide's Victorian municipal operations. He has experience across a broad range of services in the Municipal sector, including having led some of Citywide's most significant contracts. Matt brings passion, energy and an unwavering focus on working collaboratively with customers to deliver outcomes for the community, and in fostering employee development.

Mr John Grouios

John was previously a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was partner in charge of the Melbourne Transaction Services Group. He has over 40 years of experience in corporate finance, business valuations and mergers and acquisitions work. He is currently the Managing Director of Dejag Advisory and was previously Chairman of the Advisory Board of Jumbocorp, a waste management company, and Treasurer of the Armenoro Elderly Citizens Association. John is an FCA, a Member of The Australian Institute Of Company Directors, and a past Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (Finsia).

Mr Paul Hardy

Paul previously served as Global CEO of Aurecon, Executive Chairman at Connell Wagner, and Executive Director at GHD. He was recognised by Engineers Australia in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 as one of the 100 most influential engineers in Australia, and he has more than 35 years of experience in the consulting industry. He is Chairman of Surf Lakes, Chair of Pitt & Sherry, a Director of Collingwood Football Club Foundation, Pan Group Australia, Puka Up, Care Guidance Australia, Training Online Australia and a member of the St. Vincent's Health Australia Advisory Board. Paul is a fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mr Peter Lamell

Peter has served on over 25 boards across the energy, power, services, technology, telecommunication and not-for-profit sectors. He has broad global senior executive experience having worked in the UK, US, Europe, Asia/Pacific, Canada and Australia with a prime focus on successfully building and turning around a number of complex businesses. He spent over 25 years working with Shell and was a member of the Board of Shell Australia. He is Chairman of Renew Australia, a member of the Australasian Advisory Board of Aveva Ltd, Director of the National Trust Australia (Victoria) and the National Trust of Australia (Victoria) Foundation and is a fellow of the AICD. He has a Senior Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School.

Ms Andrea Waters

Andrea was previously a Director of Cash Converters Limited, CareSuper, Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand, Lord Mayor's Charitable Foundation and Cancer Council Victoria.

Paul Hudson - CFO

Paul is a qualified chartered accountant with extensive business improvement experience across multiple sectors and business models. As well as being the executive responsible for Citywide's financial portfolio, Paul also serves as a Director on the board of the Citywide North Melbourne Asphalt Plant, a joint venture with Fulton Hogan.

She is known and respected for building and delivering business strategy, identifying and leading the pursuit of revenue and growth opportunities, building collaborative cultures, conceptualising innovation across the sales, service and pricing continuum, delivering on the role that marketing plays in the growth of an organisation, and streamlining operational improvements to drive business value. Sarah oversees Citywide's business development & tendering, marketing & communications, and social procurement and sustainability portfolios. She is passionate about driving customer and community outcomes.
