Before joining the Zupancic Group, Andrew interned in the chairman's office at Newmark and with Savills as a junior broker. Andrew graduated from Bucknell University, where he cultivated interests in commercial real estate and political science. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and rooting for DC sports teams.

Austin Parker

Austin Parker joined Marcus & Millichap's Washington, DC office in August 2022. Austin's role is a financial analyst specializing in multifamily investments in Washington, DC for The Zupancic Group of Marcus & Millichap. He is responsible for supporting agents through transactions by using financial models to underwrite and assess the profitability of properties. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Austin attended Pennsylvania State University where he earned a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business Management and a minor in Supply Chain Management. He began to develop an interest and passion for real estate after graduation, and wanted to find an opportunity where he could pair that with his strong analytical skills and financial knowledge. Austin is from Annapolis, Maryland and has recently relocated to Silver Spring, MD. Since relocating he has been able to gain a deeper understanding of the DC multifamily market, and looks forward to using that knowledge to better support agents as they navigate transactions. Austin is a fan of all Baltimore sports, and when he is not working he enjoys spending time with family, playing basketball, and cooking.

Carissa Barry

Carissa takes a client-centric approach to her real estate business, focusing on building long-term relationships with her clients and providing advisory services, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing of multifamily investment properties. She is committed to providing the highest level of client service services and works tirelessly to maximize the value of her client's multifamily assets. Prior to joining the Zupancic Group, Carissa held multiple executive leadership roles in Multifamily Property Management, where she provided strategic leadership focused on increasing value through operational efficiencies, complex value-add programs, and investment property acquisitions. Carissa has over two decades of experience overseeing multifamily assets, which allows her to bring a unique perspective to investment sales and assist her clients in developing customized real estate strategies to achieve their personal and financial goals. Carissa graduated from Grantham University with a Bachelor of Science in multidisciplinary studies. She enjoys practicing yoga, running, and spending time with her family and dogs in her spare time.

John Slowinski

Nick Murray

Nick joined the Zupancic Group in July, 2017 after working for CBRE's top office leasing team. He provides market research consultation while also focusing on specialized investment strategies for clients looking to fulfill their real estate investment goals. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Nick attended Lafayette College in Easton, PA. There, he played two years of NCAA Division I baseball. He is a passionate DC sports fan and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Prior to becoming an Associate, Ryan spent two years assisting the day-to-day operations of the Head of the Team, Marty Zupancic. He also served as the first intern at the Northern Virginia Apartment Association. Ryan is a native of the Metropolitan Area and received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Elon University.
