Greg Gray, Enerstream Capital's Founder and Managing Director, runs the company and leads the team through his 25+ years of business experience. Mr. Gray is a seasoned oil and gas corporate executive, most recently having served 10+ years as Chief Executive Officer of a Saudi-headquartered and globally-focused, diversified energy services enterprise. He was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, closing and overseeing numerous Joint Ventures and other opportunities in areas such as produced and flow-back water treatment, pressure pumping, production and other specialty chemicals, offshore vessels and support services, and fuel marking applications and solutions. Mr. Gray has lived and worked in the Middle East, in addition to his domestic business experience, and he maintains extensive global business contacts. He maintains a broad perspective of the energy business, and related operations, given various noted endeavors. He serves as Director in Enerstream-related entities as well as other oilfield services companies. He is a 1988 graduate of Southern Methodist University and he received his J.D. from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1991.

Jennifer Rowland

Jennifer Rowland is Vice President of Investments & Operations where she leads deal diligence on all new investment opportunities as well as deal onboarding, execution, and ongoing maintenance. Ms. Rowland is a former Vice President of Goldman Sachs where she worked in the Commodities Structured Finance Group in New York City, focusing on Energy in the Upstream, Midstream and Downstream Sectors. While there, she helped lead origination, structuring, and onboarding efforts for new deals. Prior to working in the Structured Finance Group, she ran the North American Physical and Structured Oil & Products trading book and was responsible for over $2bn of inventory pricing and risk management. Ms. Rowland received her MBA and Bachelor of Science degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2012 where she graduated Cum Laude and was one of three Submatriculants in the Class of 2012. She is also a 2007 Alumnae of Deerfield Academy in Deerfield, MA, where she sits on the Executive Committee.

Russell Weinberg

Mr. Weinberg is Founder and Managing Director of Energy Capital Solutions (ECS) with more than 30 years of investment banking experience for the energy industry. Prior to starting Energy Capital Solutions in 2001, Mr. Weinberg primarily advised public energy companies while a managing director with RBC. Mr. Weinberg has generated and executed more than 225 M&A transactions, debt and equity financings and strategic advisory assignments totaling over $15 billion. Mr. Weinberg received a B.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin and a M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.

Wayne Wisniewski

Wayne Wisniewski is the founder and CEO of Assent Energy Partners which owns and operates oil and gas properties, performs due diligence, operations audits and management consulting as well as reserves and evaluations for various clients. Mr. Wisniewski has over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, starting as a drilling and production engineer and holding various engineering and senior management positions in multiple companies. Prior to forming Assent Energy Partners, Mr. Wisniewski ran Eagle Energy Inc's operations as COO and then later CEO. He built a team of 100 dedicated technical, operations, financial and field specialists that delivered efficient, effective and safe results. Prior to Eagle, the majority of time was spent with a major international company where he was responsible for production operations exceeding delivery of over 70,000 boepd. Mr. Wisniewski holds a Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, where he earned the prestigious Harold Vance award for Academic achievement and a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Wayne is a registered professional engineer in the states of Texas and Oklahoma.

William G. Payne

Bill was born and raised in Oklahoma City, OK. He graduated from Washington and Lee University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting. He then worked three years in Atlanta for Arthur Andersen in its tax and audit divisions. Bill graduated with distinction from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 1993 as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma honors society. He spent the next nine years working for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette/Credit Suisse First Boston in both the New York and Dallas investment banking offices as a senior vice president. In 2002, he co-founded Bluffview Capital, LP, a boutique investment bank, and in 2006, co-founded Family Access Exchange II, LP, an investment management firm focused on making alternative investments for family offices. He currently manages Druid Hills Capital, LLC, an investment management firm focused on a wide range of public and private investments. Bill has served on multiple public and private corporate and non-profit boards and currently sits on the boards of Washington and Lee University, Teach for America DFW, The Lamplighter School, Leadership ISD and the W.C. Payne Foundation. Bill and his wife Wendy live in Dallas and have five children: Katie Payne (Duke '18), Whit Payne (Vanderbilt '21), Blake Poston (SMU '15), Margot Poston (Texas Tech '17) and Michael Poston (Highland Park '14).
