Robert Whitfield is a veteran of the Atlanta real estate and home building scene with over 35 years experience in the In-town and Greater North Atlanta markets. Robert founded the local East Cobb Brokerage firm, Advantage Realtors in 2000, and along with buyers and sellers, has served investors with property management, acquisition, and rehab services ever since. Born out of a desire to grow the property management side of the business Robert decided to open the Elite Property Management & Investment Division in 2017 to better serve a growing property management clientele with a wide range of custom services.
A member of NARPM, the National Association of Residential Property Managers, ABR,the Atlanta Board of Realtors, a Member Broker of FMLS and GMLS, and the East Cobb Business Association, Robert is active in various Cobb County and East Cobb community causes and resides with his family in the Roswell section of East Cobb, a suburb of Marietta, GA.
