EVOLVING

I am a transformational life coach. I also have an extensive background in addiction counseling. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from The University of UC Davis. I am passionate about growth and transformation. I believe growth is a conscious process and as Abraham Maslow would say, "One can choose to go back towards safety or forward towards growth. Growth must be chosen again and again. Fear must be over come again and again."
