Gene was born in Brooklyn, NY and lived there the first 12 years of his life. Because his father was a minister, as a child, Gene moved from NY to Albuquerque, NM then Chicago and finally to Florida. He attended Southern University in Collegedale, TN and studied Allied Health Profession (Physical Therapy).
Gene came into the insurance industry in May 1985. He was the 1986 top producer in his territory. In 1992 he was promoted to assistant manager (ADA) and by 1995 he was top 5 ADA in the entire organization. During this time he served as the Political Action Committee Chairman and Education Chairman for the Association of Life Underwriters. Gene received another promotion to Branch Sales Manager in Bowling Green, KY in 1996 and in 1997 he was awarded "most improved Branch" in the entire Southeast territory. In 1999 he transferred to the Ocala Branch and by 2004 his Branch finished 3rd in the entire company. Gene moved to Richmond, VA in 2005 and led that branch to breaking sales records year after year.
In 2014 he moved his family back to Florida and joined FLA in December 2014. He currently lives in Casselberry, FL and has been married to his wife, Pam, for 36 years. He has 3 daughters, Jennifer 31, Amanda 27, and Samantha 26 as well as a 8 year old grandson, Aiden and 5 year old granddaughter Adelyn. He loves all sports especially college basketball and spends his time off at the beach or traveling.
Born to Colombian immigrants in Queens, New York, Jimmy had to face adversity early in life. Jimmy was born deaf and not discovered till age 5. Jimmy fought hard to overcome his speech impediment through years of speech therapy. He overcame that obstacle, only to lose his mother to lung cancer when he was only 16.
Years later, Jimmy was able to obtain his degree in Marketing at Baruch College in lower Manhattan while working full time.
Jimmy decided that a change of pace would benefit his life greatly. He decided to move to Orlando Florida on the one year anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Taking only his car and 2 garbage bags full of his clothes. Nothing more.
Early in his career, he started in retail. In true Jimmy fashion, he worked up from a part time seasonal associate to becoming the youngest district manager in the history of Burlington Coat Factory running 10 stores in the highest volume district in the company, The Orlando / Miami region. Upon much success in that position, Jimmy was promoted once again to being the Regional Merchandising Training Manager for the entire state of Florida which entailed 22 stores.
After 10 years in Retail, Jimmy felt unfulfilled in life and decided to have a complete change of career in 2009. Insurance Sales. Taking a huge risk and not being the fastest learner, Jimmy needed to work a 2nd job working third shift at 7-11 to make ends meet.
Through hard work and persistence and never giving up on his dreams, Jimmy has been able to achieve success he could only imagine years previous.
Proudest accomplishments obtained by Jimmy. Convention Qualifier 5 out of 6 years which represents the Top 10% of the entire organization. Agent of the Year 2017 & 2020. Top Leader Award 2020 Top Annuity Producer 2020 Agent of he Month more than 30 times. Over 500 clients w/ASB and over 1,000 clients over his career that he has had a positive impact.
He has been blessed and won the lottery ticket with having his wife Ysavith of 12 years by his side from Day 1 for his wild ride. He has an adult step-so that is becoming his best friend at age 23. Jimmy has been raising him as his own since the age of 8. Jimmy has 3 dogs as well as Oliver the cat. He is a die-hard Mets and Giants fan. Loves poker, travel, and sporting events.

Rusty is a licensed agent in FL, IN, MI, CO, TX and VA. He has over 10 years in the insurance industry, specializing in senior life, health and annuities. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Air Force Academy and studied for his MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Tom grew up in the state of Maine where he earned a Business Administration degree from the University of Southern Maine. Tom entered the Insurance Industry in 1994 with Bankers Life and Casualty and over his career was recognized as one of the top personal producers by being a multiple year recipient of the President's Honor Circle, he went on to become a "Leaders Circle Member" as one of the top Field Managers and built 2 offices to high levels of success in Cape Cod, MA and Orlando, FL. In doing so he was named to the National Recruiting Committee and National Training Committee which were tasked with creating and implementing programs nationally to aid in the growth and development of the company. He also has been recognized by GAMA multiple times as "Industry Leader" with the Frontline Leader Award and International Management Award.
After 20 years of experience Tom decided to open his own agency with our parent company, American Senior Benefits, in January 2014. In the first 7 years he has already built our organization into one of the top producing offices in the country. This success has led to the expansion of the agency into multiple office locations throughout Florida.
Tom lives in Longwood, FL with his wife Denise, their Siberian Husky Kane, rescue dog Brandy and the cat who let's them all live there, Cupid. Their daughter CeCe graduated Suffolk University, and is attending Florida State University School of Law. Their son Hunter is attending University of Florida School of Engineering. In his free time he enjoys playing golf as well as staying fit, the beach, and remains an avid Boston sports fan.
