Job Titles:
- Junior Environmental Consultant
Michaela joined our team in April 2024 and is responsible for undertaking environmental monitoring and compliance (ECO) and auditing projects on behalf of the company. She also has a good understanding in GIS mapping and project management suites that contributes to the variety of skills and abilities within our team.
Roberto is a Registered EAP and has worked as an environmental consultant since 2015 and has diverse knowledge in EIAs and other environmental management services. Roberto has undertaken EIAs for various agricultural, tourism, residential, mixed-use, industrial, renewable energy and services infrastructure developments in the Eastern Cape, Northern Cape and Western Cape Provinces. Roberto has a good understanding of the workings of Non-Government Conservation Organisations (NGOs) and Government and their concerns regarding environmental issues. Roberto is also the full-time Environmental Control Officer for Coega SEZ / Port of Ngqura.

Tamara is a Professional Natural Scientist (Earth Science) and a Registered EAP. Tamara worked as an onsite environmental control officer in the fishing industry after which she joined HLC as a environmental consultant in 2022. Tamara has diverse knowledge in EIAs and other environmental management services and has worked on various EIA projects, she is also responsible for undertaking environmental monitoring and compliance (ECO) and auditing projects on behalf of the company. She also has a good understanding in GIS mapping and project management suites that contributes to the variety of skills and abilities within our team.
