Jeff Hornig is the Owner/Broker of Lakes Sotheby's International Realty. For the past 23 years, Jeff has dedicated his career to the local Twin Cities Real Estate Market. Licensed as a real estate agent in 1993, he carefully grew his home sale business year after year through a focus on being results driven and persisting without exception. His sales and marketing strategies of luxury homes made him one of the top producing real estate agents in the market. Jeff has a deep knowledge and understanding of the many unique neighborhoods and homes in the Twin Cities Metro area.
Jeff purchased LSIR in 2008 and began growing the business in his vision. The LSIR team of real estate professionals employ custom systems to streamline the process of buying or selling a home. Jeff is passionate about working with and coaching real estate agents who share a like-minded vision. The company has seen growth in agent count, volume, and transaction numbers every year under his leadership. The company's core competency is a customer experience like no one else. Jeff is a lifelong resident of Minnesota and is married with two children. He comes from three generations of apartment owners in the Twin Cities and owns a portfolio of investment properties as well. Jeff enjoys being involved with his children's various school activities, and volunteers for several local charitable organizations.

Julie Regan is the lead member of the Regan & Hornig Group at Lakes Sotheby's International Realty. She is a lifelong resident of the Twin Cities, and has a true passion for real estate. Her assertive edge contributes to her dedication to achieving 100 percent satisfaction for her clients whether they are buying or selling a home or piece of property. Julie has been a REALTOR® since 2006 and is part of the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS®.
Julie has consistently been ranked among the top 3% of Real Estate professionals in the area. She has been named "Super Real Estate Agent" by Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine from 2008 to 2022. This distinction is enjoyed by less than 5% of agents in Minnesota.
Julie loves exploring new Twin Cities' venues and is constantly expanding her knowledge of the area. Her hobbies include: traveling, entertaining, exercising, and spending time with friends and family. Julie grew up in St. Paul and now lives with her husband and 2 children in Edina. In April 2007, Julie joined the Edina, Minnesota branch of Lakes Sotheby's International Realty, as a sales associate.
Olivia Hornig is well known for her attention to detail and style when helping clients choose a home. She is a part of the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS® and has been a REALTOR® for over 13 years. She previously co-owned Hornig Realty, Ltd. with Jeff Hornig before joining Lakes Sotheby's International Realty in April 2007. Olivia then became owner, along with her husband, of Lakes Sotheby's International Realty in the fall of 2008.
Olivia grew up in Stillwater, Minnesota and attended the University of St. Thomas where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance with a minor in German and played tennis for the Tommies.
Olivia lives with her husband, Jeff, and two children in Edina.
