Dr Hills is a geologist and minerals industry executive with 15 years experience in project generation, exploration and project development across a broad range of base and precious metals projects in Australia, Botswana and Sweden. Dr Hills has been the Exploration Manager for three ASX-listed mineral resource companies. He has a Ph.D in Structural Geology with extensive experience in highly deformed terranes and is an expert in resource target generation and expansion drilling.

Mr D'Anna is a founding Director of the Company.
Mr D'Anna has significant primary and secondary capital markets experience and has extensive experience in resource exploration, public company operations and administration and financial management.

Mr Fromson, B.Com, CPA, AICD, is a finance professional who has more than 30 years industry experience, including over 23 years with ASX listed resource companies. He has held a variety of senior positions including Company Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and Director in exploration and mining companies.
Mr Fromson's resources experience extends over a number of commodities and he has worked on multinational joint ventures such as the Boddington Gold Mine and Worsley Alumina Projects through to a significant gold producer and a variety of exploration companies on projects within Australia and overseas. Mr Fromson brings extensive experience in corporate matters, ASX listing rules and all forms of capital raising.
He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Certified Practising Accountant and a Licensed Tax Agent. Mr. Fromson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Western Australia.

Mr. Sills, with a 28-year career in critical materials, mainly lithium and rare earths, has significantly contributed to enhancing supply chain resilience and ESG credentials in the lithium-ion battery industry. Currently, he's the Managing Director of Lithium Springs Limited, where he rapidly developed the Brazil Lake Lithium deposit in Nova Scotia. Previously, he held key roles at Essential Metals, Core Lithium, and Rio Tinto, where he achieved a record price for spodumene DSO, setting a benchmark for future sales. (ASX:WR1) and AIM-listed Kodal Minerals plc (LON:KOD).
