With over 10 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Cate finds great joy in helping clients look and feel gorgeous with smooth, radiant, and stubble-free skin. Branigan also specializes in administering radiofrequency fat-melting procedures and ThermiVa vaginal rejuvenation. Patients may find Branigan to be a familiar face. That's because, as the Lead Nurse for New York Skin & Vein Center's Binghamton location, Branigan would assist Dr. Dohner with vein surgery and conduct skin exams with PA Stanley Anderson.
Branigan was raised on a dairy farm in Walton, New York and now resides in Binghamton with her four lovely children and two dogs. She takes pride in living a healthy and active lifestyle. When she's not at the office you may find her hiking with her children, chipping it in on the golf course, helping her parents press grapes at their family winery, or on campus attending school for her RN.

Originally started in Oneonta as Oneonta Laser Derm, the practice expanded and changed the name to New York Skin and Vein: now part of Schweiger Dermatology Group. We now have 4 locations with 3 dermatology PA's and NP's, 5 laser and injection nurses, with two private surgical facilities for your safety, convenience, and privacy.
Kathy Dungan is the lead laser nurse at NYSVC. She has been working at NYSVC for 14 years and is our top expert in laser, radio-frequency, and peel treatments. She loves giving her clients smooth, clear, youthful skin. She works primarily in the Oneonta office but also sees patients in Binghamton. Kathy lives in Delhi NY with her husband, 2 children and 4 dogs.
Lisa Nunez rejoins New York Skin and Vein: now part of Schweiger Dermatology Group with more than 20 years of experience in nursing. Lisa loves her work and takes pride in the impact she is able to make on the lives of her clients, and works in a way that is personalized and careful.
She specializes in medical aesthetics and is certified in medical skincare, chemical peels, and over 10 different kinds of laser modalities. You will experience successful treatment in everything from sun damage and rosacea to nail fungus and scars. She also has extensive experience with injectables, including Botox, dermal fillers, Kybella, and PRP treatments, as well as body contouring.

She resides in Oneonta with her husband and 2 beautiful children.
Shushu Le is a NYS Licensed Esthetician. She will provide you with a beautiful complexion through her knowledge in skin care, peels, and lasers. She combines her background in the arts and years in the makeup industry to boost your confidence inside and out. She believes the best makeup is your own natural, beautiful complexion. Shushu works in our Binghamton offices.
