I am a dual-board certified general and addiction psychiatrist and the medical director at RevCore Recovery Center.
Following my graduation from medical school in 2009, I completed a research fellowship in the Nucleus Accumbens & Addiction Lab at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. In 2011, I joined the adult psychiatry residency program at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital Center, with a focus on Family and Couples therapy during my final year there. I then completed my Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship at Mt. Sinai Hospital Center in 2016 and became the Medical Director of Addiction Services at St. Josephs Hospital, New York. During my time there, I started a successful Suboxone and Vivitrol program.

Hyppolite Pierre Jr. serves as Assistant Clinical Director at RevCore, where he has held various positions throughout his tenure. Pierre's success stems from his ability to leverage his lived experience alongside his education to effectively connect with and motivate patients. He believes in the power of communication as a cornerstone of comprehensive client care. He emphasizes the importance of close collaboration with other staff members to ensure a holistic approach to patient progress, encompassing group therapy, specialty services, and psychiatric/medical care.
Beyond his core responsibilities, Pierre has developed a specialized expertise in anger management. He has crafted a unique approach that encourages patients to view anger not as an emotion, but rather as an energy that requires release. His ability to relate to diverse demographics stems from his core belief that everyone experiences challenges. He emphasizes the importance of acknowledging these struggles without comparison, ultimately focusing on our shared capacity for resilience to overcome difficulties, together.
Pierre's treatment philosophy centers on the significance of support. He believes that acknowledging the availability of support is crucial for individuals navigating the path towards recovery, regardless of the specific challenge faced. He is guided by a personal mission to "do good for the sake of doing good", and finds immense reward in witnessing the positive transformations experienced by his clients.
Outside of work, Pierre enjoys nurturing his green thumb and hiking, reading, and time with loved ones.

I have been working at RevCore since 2014 and I am currently the agency's Senior Legal Liaison. My primary responsibility is to coordinate care with many different partners within the community and to ensure the well-being of our justice-involved clients. I am most interested in our clients' sustained recovery and in supporting their ability to reintegrate into their communities.

Jonathan Cohen joined RevCore's management team shortly after the company was founded in 2015. As Special Projects Manager, Jonathan primarily spends his time working on expansion projects for the organization. Jonathan has been instrumental in the opening of RevCore's sites in Brooklyn and Harlem. as well as spearheaded the relocation of the company's headquarters, to a state of the art facility in the SoHo section of Manhattan. Jonathan also helps manage RevCore's grants including coordinating with outside agencies such as large Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and other primary care practices all with a focus on population health. Most recently, Jonathan was instrumental in RevCore obtaining an Article 31 Mental Health License at its Brooklyn location.
Jonathan works closely with state regulatory agencies to ensure that RevCore's facilities are operating to the highest standards of compliance and patient care. Jonathan is also proud to work as a liaison to communities surrounding RevCore facilities, to ensure that there is a direct line of communication with the organization. As such, Jonathan meets regularly with community boards, associations, and residents to assist in raising chemical dependency awareness and community engagement.
Jonathan has worked in the healthcare field in various capacities for over ten years. Prior to joining RevCore, Jonathan was involved in a healthcare technology startup that specialized in developing software for the Emergency Medical Services sector. In addition, Jonathan was an associate in a national public accounting firm, where his primary focus was in the HealthCare industry. As special projects manager for RevCore, Jonathan Cohen is committed to the industry's highest standards of treatment and quality patient outcomes

I consider my current job a privilege because every day I am trusted with access to the personal lives of others. It has always been my passion to help the underserved and diverse populations, and to assist people in changing their lives for the better. Here at RevCore, I can see firsthand the positive changes that people can make in their daily lives, which serves as a motivation for me. Being a social worker can be difficult at times, however, seeing the joy on my client's faces when they see a glimmer of hope where they previously had none, makes it all worth it. All of my clients are unique and have overcome great obstacles. Witnessing the positive changes they make in their lives, and being part of that growth, is rewarding and validates why I chose this profession very early on in my life.
I am the Clinical Director of the Behavioral Services Program at RevCore Recovery Center, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my Master's Degree from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in 2010 and my Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2008, with a minor in Addiction Studies. I have extensive experience working with individuals in recovery from chemical and other addictions, and have also worked with underserved families, and abused and neglected children. I am certified in conducting the Static-99R, Stable and Acute 2007 assessment tools, which I utilize for individuals mandated to sex offender treatment. These tools help assess the risk and intensity of sex offender treatment offered to each client. I also conduct a female sex offender treatment group, which is a strong interest of mine. I've been employed with RevCore since 2012, and in addition to my clinical work, I am an adjunct professor at Long Island University in Brooklyn. Keisha Taylor-Glanville, the Clinical Director at RevCore, is on a mission to destigmatize mental health and normalize seeking treatment. With an intrinsic dedication to this cause, Keisha collaborates with medical providers, legal liaisons, and other clinical directors at RevCore, emphasizing the importance of each individual's role.
Her impressive educational background includes a Masters of Social Work from Adelphi University, specializing in Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Trauma, and a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor Post Masters' Certificate. Keisha's expertise extends to trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, suicide prevention, and addressing trauma outcomes.
Keisha's focus lies in working with domestic violence survivors and individuals in mental health housing. Her treatment philosophy centers on normalizing mental health, fostering an environment where seeking help is comfortable. Guided by Nelson Mandela's words, Keisha operates with integrity, recognizing the transformative power of education.
While Keisha hasn't been involved in research projects or received awards, she finds profound reward in contributing to the growth and development of others. Outside of work, she loves to travel and explore other cultures, aiming for at least one trip or cruise each year. As a grandmother, Keisha finds immeasurable joy in the light, peace, and joy her family brings to her life.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric NP with over 15 years of experience working in mental health. I spent nearly a decade in the California state hospital system working with some of our nation's most vulnerable. Driven by my passion to increase access to mental health care, I have been at the forefront of integrating technology into care delivery models with early roles at cutting-edge health-tech start-ups and by bringing tele-mental health to the Brooklyn Veterans Administration Hospital.
As a clinician, I am a proponent of alternative forms of treatment, and my approach to treatment is one that is client-centered driven by the ethos of harm reduction. In addition to my clinical practice, I am a guest lecturer at the New York University School of Nursing on topics such as psychedelic therapy and substance use disorders. I graduated from NYU's Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program and specialty track in substance use and addictions, where I received the distinguished student award. I am currently pursuing my DNP at Rush University. I started working with RevCore as an intern in early 2019 and have been with the organization since, offering accessible medication assisted treatment within the outpatient setting. Lisa White is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at RevCore. In her various roles at RevCore, Lisa actively collaborates with her team to provide holistic care, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client. Her expertise in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) makes her a valuable resource for adults, young adults, and those from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, particularly those battling drug addiction.
Lisa's treatment philosophy centers on a collaborative approach, walking alongside clients to help them achieve their goals. This commitment extends beyond her professional life; it's a personal mission guiding her work, meeting clients where they are and navigating their journeys side by side.
Beyond her clinical work, Lisa has spearheaded projects to introduce mindfulness-based practices in the daily routines of emergency room nurses, showcasing her dedication to holistic well-being. A multifaceted individual, Lisa is a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, an accomplished baker with a published book, and a moderate-level seamstress.
In her ongoing journey in the mental health field, Lisa remains focused on her vision: working collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals, fostering resilience, and making a lasting impact on the road to recovery.
I have been working in the SUD treatment field since 2014. In 2017, I helped RevCore develop a new mixed modality treatment program in East Harlem at a large skilled nursing facility. Since 2017, I have helped to develop strategic partnerships with several Federally Qualified Health Centers, as well as social service and supportive housing organizations, who identified a need for Substance Use Disorder treatment services. I am trained in harm reduction psychotherapy, trauma-informed care, and art therapy. I also work closely with animal therapy organizations.
I think clear communication in the Patient-Provider relationship is crucial. No matter what someone's goals are for their recovery, I take an open-minded, person-centered approach. I believe treatment should be holistic; and should take into account social and cultural factors, as well as past trauma, while seeking to increase self-efficacy and promote positive change.
