Discipline is a big part of Amzar's Mat Aroh life, especially after he entered the prestigious Royal Military College of Malaysia at a tender age of 16. While other young boys were being playful and carefree, young Amzar Mat Aroh had to leave the comfort zone and live in the military. He had to undergo rigorous physical training, endure hardcore combat practices, overcome pain and weaknesses, and at the same time, must maintain academic excellence. After spending 2 years in the Royal Military College of Malaysia, Amzar Mat Aroh graduated with flying colours after he completed all the compulsory military training and achieve straight A's for Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination. The years that he spent in the Royal Military College of Malaysia taught him about the importance of strength, willpower, and intelligence in order to obtain victory. He then brilliantly execute his military experience into business management. Amzar Mat Aroh then pursue his education in the Marine Engineering field, where he enrolled into the Diploma in Marine Engineering programme in Ungku Omar Politeknik. He was given the opportunity to sail all over the world with the American President Lines, the world's third-largest container transportation and shipping company. With APL, Amzar Mat Aroh travelled to a lot of countries such as Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, America, and Mexico. Being an explorer, Amzar Mat Aroh did not take the opportunity to travel for granted. Instead, he utilized his opportunity to learn about the culture, language, and lifestyle outside of his own. That way, he learned to adapt and respect differences. While he was travelling to China, he learned about the great Sun Tzu, the great Chinese general and strategist, who once said, ‘those who wishes to fight must count the cost'. Amzar Mat Aroh, as the CEO of Rocket Integration Technology Sdn. Bhd., plans and delivers every single movement of the company in an intricate way in order to guarantee zero waste.
