We are two clinical psychologists each with over 20 years of experience helping adults, teens, children and families navigate life's challenges. We are extensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and highly experienced in other therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapies. We have individually established private practices in Ardsley and Larchmont. We offer both individual DBT and skills training groups for adults, teens, and families with teenagers. We pursued additional training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy because the approach is grounded in sound clinical and research principals and we believe people who participate in DBT therapy can make constructive, long-lasting changes in their lives.
