RYAN CARLSON

I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Technical Communication and Professional Writing (Metropolitan State University, May 2014). From 2014 to present, I've worked at 3M, Travelers (insurance), and Sleep Number in various learning designer roles. This includes: Training Analyst, Training Development Process Lead, Learning Designer, Senior Learning Technology Consultant, and Learning Experience Designer. I continue to take on many opportunities to improve my end-to-end Instructional Designer skillset.
