Kim Elsberry

Kim Elsberry, Vice President of Workforce Technology Solutions for AMN Healthcare, is responsible for the leadership of Telehealth Account Management. In this role, she has executive responsibility for collaborating with clients on maximizing virtual care management technology strategies to deliver value to patients and providers as well as oversees the delivery of these technology services to clients. Ms. Elsberry's career encompasses more than 20 years of experience in healthcare technology and health insurance markets. Her experience in technology combined with a strong emphasis on strategy, talent, and risk management, uniquely positions her to contribute beneficial insights and recommendations on key issues facing the healthcare ecosystem. Ms. Elsberry held leadership positions at Cerner & Netsmart Technologies focusing on technology solutions that focused on digitizing the healthcare experience from provider to patient. Prior to Netsmart, Ms. Elsberry was the Vice President of Strategic Client Alignment at B.E. Smith, a subsidiary of AMN Healthcare. In this role, she had Executive Responsibility across the U.S. for growing the strategic partnership with large Health System clients through Interim Leadership, Executive Search, and Leadership Assessment Services. This partnership enabled organizations to strengthen the executive team and empowered leadership to positively impact clinical, financial, and operational outcomes. As a Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Elsberry's background also includes direct insight and experience in corporate finance and analytics. Ms. Elsberry holds an Executive Master of Business Administration in Leadership from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. Ms. Elsberry is a Certified Public Accountant and is also a member of the Advocacy Committee for the American Heart Association. Ms. Elsberry resides in Overland Park, KS with her significant other and 17-year-old daughter. In her free time, she enjoys watching her daughter play lacrosse. She is an avid golfer and loves to travel.

Mark Knudsen

Mark Knudsen is responsible for the overall client experience with Synzi's platform and solutions. He works with clients and across the Synzi team to ensure market and client requirements drive product strategy, to define solution best practices, and to make sure Synzi delivers an intuitive and valuable user experience. He leads the Sales Engineering and Professional Services teams as well as helping with Synzi's strategic partnerships. Mark has over 25 years of experience spanning solution strategy, software development, and professional services with over 10 years of focus in healthcare technology and patient engagement. Previously he served as Synzi's Chief Technology Officer, Stratus Video Telehealth's Vice President of Product Innovation, and CareCloud's Senior Director of Professional Services. He has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and a Master's degree in Theology Studies from Regent College. Mark is an avid music fan and in his free time enjoys record collecting and vacationing in Vermont with his family.

Ryan Barry - VP of Sales

Ryan brings 15+ years of broad healthcare experience ranging from health information technology to revenue cycle management to Synzi. Over his healthcare career he has successfully worked with hospitals, physicians and healthcare organizations ranging from inpatient to outpatient medicine. Ryan was previously with Stratus Video Telehealth Division as the Vice President of Sales. Before Stratus Video, he served as the Vice President of Sales for the Western Region at CareCloud where he was responsible for bringing on some of the company's largest and longstanding clients. Prior to CareCloud, Ryan was Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Alesco Medical, where he was responsible for all aspects of company's sales and marketing initiatives. Prior to Alesco, Ryan served as the Director of Business Development for a regional healthcare firm in New England, MBA Healthgroup, where he initiated a rebrand, and expanded the client footprint from 12 states in the northeast to over 35 states nationwide. Ryan received his B.S. in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Castleton University in Castleton, VT. He enjoys spending time with his family living in San Diego and enjoying the outdoors, including the beach, hiking, golfing, camping, and coaching his daughters' soccer teams.
