Unifor Local 707 is an amalgamated local union. We are the bargaining unit for Ford Oakville Assembly Complex hourly workers, Leadec hourly workers and Abednego workers located at OAC. We are located in Oakville Ontario, representing over 4500 Production and Skilled Trades workers who produce the Ford Edge, Ford Flex, Lincoln MKX, and the Lincoln MKT. And we proudly represent more than 3000 retired workers.
