Aileen has overall responsibility for the smooth running of CWT and its latest project, Compass.

Anna is the Development & Enterprise Manager for our project. She will develop projects within the buildings and volunteer opportunities.
Barbara assists doctors in running mistletoe therapy clinics. She is also responsible for AnthroHealth external application clinics and home visits.
Catherine supports CWT in its development alongside producing PR content, newsletters, support for fundraising and Art in the Waiting Room.
Coleen is responsible for finance at CWT and supports Catherine in the running of the Art in the Waiting Room project.

Katerina supports Olivier with the outdoor areas of the project, with a particular focus on the garden areas at Compass.
Katie, an NHS Practice Nurse, will join the CWT clinical team with a particular focus on supporting its mistletoe therapy. She has attended CWT AnthroMedicine Training.

Leigh is our Volunteer and Social Prescribing Coordinator. She has responsibility for our onsite volunteer tasks including our Skills for Health: Social Prescribing activities.
Lesley, along with Pauline, is your main point of contact for information and clinic appointments alongside making sure your stay in our accommodation is comfortable. She also provides admin support for our management team.
