The same girl used to cut my hair and had done since I was a child. Trying to find a new hairdresser was proving very difficult and then I booked an appointment with Joanne at Elements. She cuts my hair perfectly. I have a short hair style which is tricky to grow out but Joanne's cut is so natural that my hair grows out still looking stylish and fab! She's also a pleasure to chat to!! I can take in a photo of any style and know I'll come out with the same look. She's brilliant!
I am a Master Colour Expert, and trained with Wella for a year to achieve this. As you can guess my passion is colouring hair from Balayage to highlights and funky crazy colours. I also really love creating short hair and big bouncy blow-dries.
I love my job and really enjoy making people feel great about how their hair looks. Giving my clients tips and hints about how to look after their hair at home is a big must for me!

I really enjoyed my first haircut at Elements. Communication was good prior to my appointment and I felt very at ease and welcomed upon my arrival. Although I had a last minute change of stylist due to staff illness, I was extremely happy with my experience. Sam was friendly and helpful and talked through with me about my hair and what I wanted from my appointment. She suggested some products that would be good for my hair and cut and styled my hair beautifully. I left feeling very happy and will look into booking my next appointment in the near future.
