Kevin Valenzia is a chartered accountant and retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers in Malta on 31 st December 2017, where he spent over thirty years as a partner, the last eight of which as managing partner. He has been instrumental in helping to develop Malta's financial services industry and, amongst a number of other appointments, he is a past President of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners, past Chairman of the Financial Services Consultative Council, and one of the first Governors of Finance Malta. He has also been used by successive Governments for advice on the continued development of Malta's financial services sector. Kevin currently sits on the board of a number of companies as a non-executive director, and also acts as a consultant to a few other Maltese companies.

Martin Zahra has been a board member since the inception of the Malta Business Network and has served as treasurer since 2016. Martin is an independent consultant to the travel and tourism industry with a strong commercial, operational, marketing and branding background. He spent many years at the helm of a medium sized travel company which was operating in key European markets and the Middle East and is now involved in a number of start-ups as well as consulting in the travel, tourism and aviation sector. Mr Joseph Zammit Tabona is the Founder of the Malta Business Network, which was set up in December 2011 and went on to set up the Malta Chapter in July 2013 and has been its Chairman since its inception. Mr Zammit Tabona served as Malta's High Commissioner to the United Kingdom & Northern Ireland between 2009 and 2013. During that time, he also served as Malta's Ambassador to the Republic of Ireland. In August 1997 Mr. Zammit Tabona was conferred the significant honor of a knighthood of Magistral Grace by the Sovereign Hospitaller Order of St. John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and Malta. On the 13 th of December 2016, the Government of Malta appointed Mr. Zammit Tabona a Member of the Order of Merit, and on the 14 th of December 2017, the Malta Stock Exchange plc awarded Mr Zammit Tabona with the Lifetime Achievement Award. He previously served as Chairman of Malta Enterprise, Malta Stock Exchange plc and FinanceMalta and is currently Chairman of Valletta Cruise Port plc, which operates the Cruise Line Terminal in Valletta Zammit Tabona is a Director of Klesch Group Limited, and Medserv plc and is also Chairman of Tigne Mall plc.
