Alexander is a Junior Analyst at Gemstone Capital and a law student at Lund university, one of the top ranked law schools in Europe. Two years prior to his law studies, Alexander started working at Lindahl, one of the biggest lawfirms in Sweden focusing on both international and national transactions. When moving on from Lindahl last year, Alexander choose to further explore the world of private investing, especially in the Nordic small and microcap markets, starting already in his years in upper secondary school. Consequently, Alexander has an understanding of many different transactions from IPOs to M&A in both a private and corporate setting.
Growing up with Danish parents in the United States allowed Alexander to become bilingual from an early age. Alexander moved to Sweden some years ago and is now completely fluent in Swedish as well. Knowing the languages and understanding both private and business cultures in the regions makes the Nordic borders much easier to maneuver across.
Alexander Lives in Lund, a hotspot for tech startups and only a short commute from Copenhagen, Malmö and Helsingborg.

Bertram is a Project Manager with Gemstone Capital, combining years of M&A and project management with a proven track record in all transaction stages.
Prior to joining Gemstone, Bertram has spent 2 years working on some of the biggest deals in Denmark, as a M&A Project Manager within one of the Tier 1 law firms in Denmark. The 2 years prior to this he worked at an boutique M&A firm. With 20+ transactions under his belt, transactions is at the core of his focus and with his understanding of both the legal and financial aspect of transactions, he can assist in all aspects.
Bertram has obtained his MSc. in Business Administration & Commercial Law from Aarhus School of Business and Social Sciences. He lives with his family in Copenhagen.

Dennis is a strong strategic leader with extensive life science experience in managing full P&Ls, working capital & cashflow, leading highly specialized & multi-cultural teams & commercial operations across several markets & cultures. He holds 20+ years strategic leadership experience. Dennis has an unbroken track record of delivering strategic growth & turnarounds in highly competitive, complex & regulated markets.
Currently, Dennis is working as CEO and Co-founder of Evolution Pharma Group. From 2015 to August 2019, he was CEO with full P&L, working capital & cashflow responsibility for Europe Russia CIS at Aspen Pharmacare. This business held an annual net sales of EUR 650+ mill. and was operated by a team of 700+ people, across 44 countries. Prior to Aspen Pharmacare, Dennis held several positions at LEO Pharma as Executive Director and Managing Director in the United Kingdom, Sweden, Finland and at HQ in Denmark.
Dennis has an extensive and broad therapeutic experience; E.g. Dermatology, Thrombosis, Anesthesia, Women's Health & Oncology. Solid experience with Patient & Health Care Professional services, Launch of Innovative Products, DTC campaigns of OTCs. Commercialization & Strategic Growth of Branded Generics, Rx and OTC in Secondary & Primary Care.
Jacob Lundgren is a Junior Analyst with Gemstone Capital. He has more than four years of experience in stock trading, especially focusing on microcap companies. Ever since he entered the world of trading there's been no other activity that has interested him more. Jacob has studied economics in Gothenburg at Handelshögskolan (Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law).
Jacob has experience as an analyst and private investor. Jacob is engaged in his family's Single-Family Office business in which he works with analysis and administration. Additionally, Jacob has experience within the economy sector through his job at an accounting firm based in Helsingborg, Sweden.
For half a year, Jacob lived in Melbourne, Australia, playing professional ice hockey. Jacob still plays ice hockey, currently in Sweden.

Kristoffer is an Associate Director with Gemstone Capital, combining years of project management and asset management experience with an ambitious approach to strategy and leadership, to provide best-in-class advisory to clients.
Prior to joining Gemstone, Kristoffer has spent 2,5 years working within asset management, with a pension fund managing DKK 35 billion. His focus was partly on operational excellence and partly on client management. Following this, he has worked in an internal consulting capacity, heading up a small project team focused on supporting C-suite management in uncovering, analyzing, and executing key strategic projects on a global scale.
Kristoffer has worked and/or studied in Australia, Canada, and the USA as he obtained his BSc. in Economics & Business Administration and his MSc. in Strategy, Organization & Leadership from Copenhagen Business School. He lives in Copenhagen and has family in Barcelona.

Stefan is the Senior Advisor of Gemstone Capital. Being a project manager for about 80 IPOs and an additional 200 fund raisings, Stefan is probably the most experienced project manager for public microcap companies in the Nordics.
In 2003, Stefan cofounded the broker firm Sedermera Fondkommission and in 2009 Stefan was the cofounder of ATS Finans AB, the holding company of the stock exchange AktieTorget and the broker firm Sedermera Fondkommission. In 2014, Stefan moved on from Sedermera Fondkommission and in 2016 he sold his part of ATS Finans AB.
Stefan is often engaged as a lecturer and supervisor in the subject "listing and fund raising for small and medium sized entrepreneur led companies" (SME/Microcap) by investment firms, audit firms, banks, incubators and universities.
Søren is the founder and Managing Partner of Gemstone Capital. Søren is passionate about scaling and realizing value in technology companies.
For +20 years he has been dedicated to just that - working in many different roles: CEO, Chairman, Investor, Founder, Advisor, General Partner and Transaction Specialist. He has been involved in more than 50 companies in a dozen countries. At 1CT, the entity that he founded and lead before Gemstone Capital, Søren headed 40 transactions with more than 2bnDKK in combined transaction value.Before that was involved in more than 25 transactions as Chairman, Investor, Senior Advisor, etc.
Søren worked in New York and London and is now based outside Copenhagen with his family. He started his career in banking and transformed to become a corporate entrepreneur before he began focusing on investment in, development of and transactions in relation to technology companies.
On his way, Søren graduated with an Executive MBA from Scandinavian International Management Institute (now CBS).
