In our attempt towards integrated design, we are always initiative Designer-Client interactions of charrettes, not commonly found in other firms, creating a working environment supporting open communications to better define and understand the project goals and objectives. We have been authorized by Dubai Municipality, DDA and Trakhees to Design and Supervise G+4 buildings in Dubai. (We get exception to go up to G+12). Our Ideology is always to involve all partners of the team from the very beginning and so all the team members can contribute towards the project from the earlier stage
