With a distinct clean style, a discriminating eye for color, and the ability to make any space "pretty," Denise is a décor and home organizing systems guru! But what makes her most unique, is her ability to merge her design sensibilities with her organizational skills to create spaces that help client's transition from chaos to beautiful order. In 2017, Denise led the team in transitioning from The Organized Home, by Denise Gordon (founded in 2007) into the Austin Gray Design Group (AGDG.) In addition to conceptualizing and managing design and home organizing client projects, Denise served as the Lifestyle Editor for CocoaFab.com and hosted two home makeover series, "The Organized Home", sponsored by The Home Depot and "Fab in a Flash", sponsored by IKEA Atlanta. Both web-shows featured tips on decorating, entertaining and home organizing. Denise celebrates her long-term board membership and affiliation with Housing Works Inc. and earned both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from Bentley University. She is the proud wife and mother of two sons, and currently resides in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.

Tanya S. Lewis - Founder

This black interior designer, known for her eclectic style and innovative design solutions to repurpose spaces and furniture, Tanya joined the team in 2015. With an inspiring design portfolio of staging, room re-design and event styling for private clients and a 25-year career in program development and project management, she contributed to the expansion of the services offered by the group and played a significant role in the creation of AGDG. Tanya also manages all construction, renovation, and design projects. Tanya earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and Facility Planning and Management from Cornell University and her Master of Public Policy in Race, Poverty and Class from New York University's Wagner School. Tanya is also the owner of 2 additional companies, TSL Consulting and Surrey Lane Construction Services, is a founding board member of The Everest Project and The Friends of St. Charles Borromeo School. Tanya is the proud mother of an adult daughter, and currently resides in Harlem, New York.
