Bassey Akpan (BSc, MSc, MBA), an Analytical and Environmental Chemist with over 30 years of varied professional experience, was formerly a pioneer staff of Federal Environmental Protection Agency now Federal Ministry of Environment (1987- 1993). He later worked as General Manager for Fugro Nigeria Limited, a Dutch/Nigerian Environmental firm (1993-1999). He also served as Personal Assistant to the Minister of State of Environment (1999-2001). Bassey Akpan is currently the Managing Director of BGI Resources Intl. Corporation, Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA. In his dual capacity as Group Managing Director, Bassey Akpan oversees the operations of:

Shon Andrews is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) NIM, He has over 10 years working knowledge of Finance and Administration. Shon has worked in the banking and finance sector with one of Nigeria's leading banking group, First Bank of Nigeria plc, and Manchester Trading Company, Lagos, before proceeding to work as head of administrations, Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) zonal office in FUAM. Shon joined the services of BGI Resources Limited in 2015 as Administration, Personnel and Finance Manager. He is a graduate of Agricultural Economics and Extension from the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi and is currently pursuing a Master of Science Degree in Business Administration from the National Open University of Nigeria.
