Mr. Marwan Abdel Gadir, an engineer, serves as the Maintenance Manager. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in project management. With over 18 years of experience in Maintenance, Logistics, Oil and Gas Industrial, and Engineering Services, Marwan has developed extensive expertise.
During his tenure at RAK WHITE CEMENT in 2013, Marwan accumulated 5 years of experience in the Cement and Concrete industry. He possesses comprehensive knowledge of machinery related to cement industries. In December 2018, Marwan joined Gulf CONCRETE AND BLOCKS as a Maintenance Manager. In this role, he demonstrates advanced proficiency in maintaining and repairing stationary plants and heavy equipment. As a detail-oriented Manager, Mr. Marwan oversees complex machinery installations and exhibits exceptional communication and leadership skills.
In addition to his responsibilities at GULF CONCRETE AND BLOCKS, Mr. Marwan serves as a technical consultant for GGHL's entire fleet. His expertise extends to areas such as repair and maintenance, insurance, and vehicle replacement. Mr. Marwan's extensive knowledge enables him to forecast the goals and objectives of various departments effectively.
Education ; Science Graduate (BSc). Joined Gulf Company for Cont from the year 1989-1997 as administration incharge handling purchases, payroll and logistics. Transferred to GCB in 1998 as Sales Manager when GCB was a small company with one batching plant one pump and 5 mixer truck. I was handling sales and logistic. later promoted as marketing manager and Involved all along in the growth of the company for the last 26 years.
With a degree in electrical engineering and 16 years in depth experience in the field of construct, Ziad has started his career as a project manager for construction sites in Nigeria.
A new career pathway started in 2015 as a sales manager in the same industry. Ziad joined Gulf concrete and block in 2020 as a sales manager, and he is held responsible for sales and logistics.
Ziad is aligned with the company vision to be part of the growth strategy the company is enduring.
