Gary Miles has training and experience in working with clients to achieve a successful conclusion through mediation of the issues. Mr. Miles encourages an early start to the mediation process to see if the issues can be resolved by agreement, as soon as possible, to save the client money and stress. Moreover, Attorney Miles looks at the interests of his client and reviews all the facts involved in hopes to reach a fair and reasonable compromise. Upon graduation, he served as the law clerk to the Hon. C. Stanley Blair in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. He began his practice with a small firm in Maryland before joining Lerch and Huesman, the predecesor to Huesman, Jones and Miles, in 1982. He became a partner in 1986. Active in the Maryland legal community, Gary was a mock trial judge at the University of Maryland's East Regional Mock Trial Tournament. He has served for years as a volunteer with the Attorney Grievance Commission on its Peer Review Committee and participates in the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service. He holds an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating SM from Martindale-Hubbell®, a testament to the fact that a lawyer's peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence. Gary's past community positions in the Baltimore area include assistant scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 35, president of Hillendale Country Club, and chairman of the School Board of Shrine of the Sacred Heart School. He also served on the University of Maryland Board of Regents. Starting as a file clerk for the firm in 1996, Buddy has been involved with Huesman, Jones and Miles for over 20 years. Graduating from Fairfield University magna cum laude in 2002 then Top-25 law school Washington and Lee University in 2005, Buddy was on the Moot Court Board, directed the Mock Trial Team and served as Treasurer for the Student Bar Association. He served as law clerk to the Honorable Kathleen Cox, now the Administrative Judge of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, before rejoining his father Gary Miles as an attorney in private practice. Buddy serves as a volunteer for the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service. He is admitted to practice in all courts in the state of Maryland, including the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Born and raised in Baltimore County, Buddy attended Loyola Blakefield. Buddy is an Eagle Scout with Baltimore's Troop 35. He lives in Cockeysville with his wife Kate, his son, Andy, and daughter, Emily.

As a lifelong Maryland resident, Henry has a personal interest and passion for upholding the rights of the clients he serves across Baltimore County and throughout the state. His concentration in civil litigation and family law began with a mission to advocate for those who have been harmed or injured by the negligence, recklessness, or wrongdoing of others. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Henry held a clerkship with the Hon. Nancy M. Purpura in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. He graduated cum laude from the college of the Holy Cross before attending The University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he also graduated cum laude, and where he served as Treasurer of the Alternate Dispute Resolution Team and was an Andrew P. Henry was born and raised in Baltimore City, where he attended the Friends School of Baltimore. He resides in Towson with his wife, Courtney.
